Absolutely amazing service! Yelli (spelling) was great! She goes above and beyond for her customers and she really cares. If... you’re having a not so great day, she will definitely make it better! This is my second time in and I love it! I haven’tbeen able to find a really good sushi/Chinese restaurant. The sushi and Chinese is great quality! The food tastes amazing! Ithas taken me over a year to find a really good Chinese restaurant in the springs! Definitely check this place out, because thereisn’t anything quite like it. Thank you Yelli! Read more

Giving this place three stars because the decorum was only okay, but my server was great and personable! The server was hella... busy with three other full tables and still managed to have a personality. Something I missed about colorado! They wrote overthe original menu prices which looks cheap. The drink I ordered was OK (Tom Collins), but they didn't have the ingredients forthe drink that I actually wanted - the dragon's breath. The food I saw passing by looked okay. My experience was just okay. Iwon't discourage you from going, but I don't plan on coming back. Read more

Wow. Waited 10 minutes to be seated, waited 10 minutes for someone to ask us what we wanted to drink. My food came out in 30... minutes but my girlfriends food came out 45 minutes later. We each ate one piece and decided that this was the worst sushi we'veever had. We're both Asian American so we're not too critical. I feel like most of these sushi places think that if the rollslook good, it tastes good. They seem to be more focused on how it looks than the taste. Read more

If I'm getting a real hankering for Asian and/or Japanese cuisine, this would not be my first choice. There are definitely some... pro's and con's to this place. As far as appearance, the ambiance is very relaxing, elegant, quiet, and nicely decorated. Thefood also looks pretty nice, which can be a little deceiving because it really doesn't taste as good as it looks. Food is notentirely bad, but I've had better elsewhere. Also, my dessert tasted like refrigerator. On a more positive note, they have a barand they do have a large selection of sushi, Japanese, and Asian cuisine. However, I would only return to this place if, forwhatever reason, my other options are closed or if it's just for drinks. Read more

A good variety of options for food and drink. You can order both Chinese and Japanese items and everything was great! Update:... The Mongolian Chicken is truly next level, it has become an obsession of mine. Basically, it haunts my dreams. If you likechicken, onions and bell peppers, give it a try! Read more

The sushi/sashimi was excellent and the kids sweet and sour chicken was really good. I had an issue with the waitress not... understanding what gluten was. There might have also been a language barrier and it was hard to understand what she said with amask on. If you have celiac disease, do not eat here. Not gluten friendly. But if you don't have a gluten allergy this place isdope! Read more

This place was awesome! Service was great and the food was slapper. Some straight flames. Had the egg rolls as an appetizer... which were cheap and good! As far as rolls we had a Cali roll- bussin, The Mayflower- fuego, and the sweet heart- slapper. It’s safe to say I’ll be back! Thanks for reading. ????? Read more

I have been in need of some seriously good Chinese food! Fuji Bistro hit the spot and put my taste buds in heaven, for sure! The... Sesame chicken had the perfect flavor and the right amount of crunch! Not overbearingly sweet! If I could change one thing itwould be adding a few red peppers! Loved the Shrimp Tempura, Crab wonton's! Definitely my spot to eat when in Colorado springs! Read more
