Loved the staff. The young lady at the register was so laid back and fun to talk to. The pic that has , what appears to be a... glass of water , is actually ... a double shot of vodka! Like most places right now this location is clearly suffering from a labor shortage. Not able to handle crowds well. 1 bar... tender, 2 folks at the register, (1 of the brand new) 1 online expediter? 2 maybe 3 cooks. Tons of online orders ahead of thefolks in line. Lots of chaos and confusion. Difficulty processing special offers and promotions/coupons/military discountsproperly. It took 20 minutes to get a simple margarita and it was made with so much indifference, and so little flavor, and solittle alcohol, I regretted ordering it. The food is adequate and calling it Mexican or Hispanic is definitely a stretch. Betterthan Taco Bell. Not better than Chipotle or Qdoba. Read more

Ordered online for in store pickup. Super easy to get food. Got back to work. Ate my chicken taco, chicken was a little dry, but... not horrible. Started in on my chicken quesadilla. I found out they use whole chickens in the store, so hooray for authenticity,but boo because I should find any bones in my food. 2/5 this visit. Maybe I'll revisit down the road. Read more

Viva de cilantro. They love it and use it liberally. Otherwise it was awesome. We were very happy.

In general, this location has not been able to perform as well as the other locations in town. There typically isn?t someone at... the register counter and drinks are poorer on the skimpy side. Today, I ordered my son eggs only. He?s only little and that?swhat he likes. I asked the cashier if I could just order a ?plate of eggs.? She said yes, with no explanation. We got a tinybowl of eggs that was comical. I then looked at the receipt. We were charged for an egg and cheese breakfast taco. I then askedthe cashier if we could at least have the tortilla and cheese that we paid for. She definitely seemed annoyed with me. Eatingout is getting hard in general. It should be so disappointing. Usually absolutely love Fuzzys. First time at this location. Ordered fajita nachos. 5 small pieces of fajita meat, 3 jalapeño... pieces. Very disappointed. Not sure what went wrong in the kitchen. The restaurant was clean and the staff were pleasant! Therewas ample parking! Read more
