I always get the midnight cookies and cream dazzler sundae and the last 5 have been made differently each time. Be great if you... could get everyone using same good recipe so I can enjoy equally every time. Also, why is the air-conditioning on when it'ssnowing? Update: owner contacted me offering explanation and to meet me at store to prepare a sundae for me themselves.Although appreciated I never know when I'll be there so haven't taken advantage of the offer. However, I did stop by recentlyand got a sundae, prepared but apparently new employee under someone else's direction which turned out to be mostly cookies, notmuch in the way of hot fudge or ice cream. Will probably try again sometime since I really enjoy this dessert when preparedproperly but just be aware of swings in consistency. So, went in today, I'm the only customer and there's one person behind thecounter. Was going to order a sundae and stood by the register, counter person asked if I needed something, I said yes and shesaid she could help me down at the end of the display freezers. Shouldn't the server come to the customer to take an order? OnceI met her by the freezer I thought better of paying premium price for sub par service and left. Really frustrating as this isthe only store in town but can't keep taking a chance on service, preparation etc. Read more
I popped in today for a last minute birthday cake. I asked the 2 girls working if they could add extra sprinkles for my 6 year... old. He was so happy and we all loved the Carmel flavor. (Even the people who said they didn?t like Carmel?liked it!) Read more
Sep 16,2022 was the 1st time I?ve ever visited this place,got my pumpkin space shake and the next moment my toddler dropped it... on the floor???? The staff was so nice there! Right behind Cold Stone as are as high quality out to eat icecream vendors go. It was great to see they had an actual... store-front location; before yesterday I had never known they amhad any and assumed that their icecream was only sold instorres. Would recommend! Read more
Honestly the best ice cream I?ve ever had and this was our first time going. We tried the mango sorbet, cookies and cream shake,... birthday cake shake, and the irish cream brownie shake. And the cones are amazing too- will be back! Read more
they icecream was overpriced and the service was slow and messed our order up... twice. could have just been a rough day.
Pretty good selection with some "In store only" flavors too. And some awesome shakes! Plus custome birthday cakes :)
