Best customer service in the whole world the cook and the waitress were phenomenal. I have never had better service. The food is... great about in the middle of the road for pricing. Not bad at all for what it taste like. I will definitely go back here. thesewere the nicest people ever!! Great representation for IHOP I would give them 10 stars if I could. Read more

Not too busy we only had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Waitress was good at first taking our order but after the food was... served it was downhill from there. It took a good 4 minutes to get ahold of anyone to ask for syrup and then we were totallyignored for another 5 minutes before they brought it. The booth was dirty and food was on the floor. They need to do better Iused to really like this restaurant. Read more

The place was empty, but we were sat at the back corner by the open back door anyway. The food was way overcooked. I went to... take a bite of my waffle, and it broke when I tried to use the fork, so I ended up eating a couple of bites in layers. As dryand almost burnt as the waffle was, it was still cold enough that the butter didn't melt at all. I went to put syrup on thewaffle to try to rehydrate it so it was edible and the lid fell off of the syrup and dumped it everywhere. So there was a cold, dry, crusty waffle with cold clumps of butter with enough syrup to choke a horse. The chicken strips were the color of darkchocolate, crunchy, and just incinerated. My husband's omlet was slightly overcooked so the egg was crispy and his pancakes werecharred. In addition to the food experience, we got to listen to the manager harass the employees about getting off her clockand trash talking other employees who weren't there. The water was great, though. This place used to be ol? reliable, anytime day or night. Waited almost an hour for my meal. Hostess did not ask for drink... order when they sat us. 6 servers were standing in front of window telling our waitress that her food was ready but wouldn?ttake it to the tables. Three people were on to-go orders right in front of the windows just watching hot plates. It?s 2:00 afterthe rush. And no one has helped the server clear four tables with stacks of plates and such. Majority empty restaurant. Multiplestaff left the end of their shift but place was not picked up or finished from Saturday morning rush. From a good serviceworker the team work was absent. Our waitress hustled and I was getting up to get my own condiments while I watched otherservers work together for one guys (Dallas?) tables but not our waitress. Not sure if I will back. Maybe one more try. Butmanagement, please, support your people. Read more

Today everything was outstanding for an IHOP. We have had some very bad experiences at many of these but was delighted by this... one on vacation. Friendly staff and excellent hot food in a timely manner. The only downside is the pricing. 3 adults and 1child ran $75, $87.50 with tip. Everything is going up and it's starting to show everywhere now. Other than that. All wasexcellent this time around. Read more

A trip down to memory lane brought my wife and I back to IHOP. We used to frequently visit this location when we were younger... due to our busy schedules. Often IHOP was the only restart open that would be open; therefore, we went back for the nostalgia.Side note: We barely ate and we?re starving. We ordered mozzarella sticks which have definitely changed over the years. Themozzarella sticks used to be very thick and filled with cheese to the brim. Honestly they had the best mozzarella sticks I?veever had; however, they?ve made them skinnier and have less breading. Still a great taste, but sad to see that the recipe had tobe changed. The $6 chicken and pancakes were fantastic. We came during the iHoppy Hour which means that certain dishes are muchcheaper than normal (2-10 PM from the time of this review). Being relatively new to pancakes, these were a great experience andthey gave me tons of BBQ and Maple Syrup without charging extra for the sauces. The fried chicken was great for a breakfastspot. Crispy breading, no gristle and hot. Great combination for the price! The onion rings were just standard onion rings butcame out pretty cold and we?re not too impressive. My wife wasn?t didn?t enjoy the texture of the fried egg. Nothing therestaurant could have done, just user error here. Once she took the fried egg off, she enjoyed the burger and told me that itwas VERY filling. I even took a bite and noticed that this burger will fill you up for a low cost! The service was great andmost of the tables were very clean. Great to see this, especially since they had very limited crew due to the aftermath of thepandemic. I?m rating this IHOP a 4 star experience, because it?s exactly what you expect. Inexpensive comfort food that comesquick, hot and accurate. By that definition it?s a definite recommendation to buy your favorite breakfast staple dishes here -especially the chicken and pancakes! Read more
