I've ordered the protein pancakes. The kitchen ran out of the mixed berries, so I opted for just blueberries. Good decision. The... pancakes were very tasty and their texture was very good. Tasted great to the last bite. I was surprised that the coffee wasreally good too. Normally restaurant coffee is rather substandard. The service was caring and prompt. If I could give negative stars, I would give this place -5 stars. 3 times we have come to this location to be told they were... closed as we walked in. The last time was at 8pm on a Thursday. The signage outside says 24/7 Daily. Tried again today,9/16/2022. We got seated (Finally after 3 visits) and waited 10 minutes for a server that never came. No drinks, not even a,?High, I?ll be with you shortly, can I get you something to drink??. Didn?t even know who our server was, because we never sawthem. Finally got up and walked out. Never coming here again. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. Read more
The sweet lady that sat us was very intuitive and picked a nice quiet table for us. Our waiter was just as amazing, he was on... it! Of course the food is always good there too, but outstanding service and good company always makes for an enjoyablemealtime. I would however look at the menu more closely next time, I don't know why they offer hash browns on the side of thebowls, they already come with them. That's just too much! This is your typical IHOP, newer construction. The hostess and waiter were both nice and friendly, but the service was extremely... slow. We had a party of 7, with simple orders, and we waited forever for our food. Food tasted good. I guess, you don?t expecttoo much when dining at IHOP, so it?s no big deal. After 60 years of delivering delicious meals and desserts, this newer IHOP knows the tradition and the ropes. Huge portions,... exceptional service from wait staff and cashier, and one order of their chocolate chip pancakes is like finding gold at the endof the rainbow. Read more
What can I say, didn't expect too much in IHOP but surprised that the waiter and location was very nice. Our waiter, TJ was very... organized and polite when location was BUSY! I came during breakfast hours around 7 am to 8 am. The cook ???? was a lovelyyoung lady who brought me warm pancakes ????, eggs ????, hashbrown, Ham etc. Condiments were just enough for me and mypartner to enjoy a sunrise ???? breakfast for the day! Despite being very short staff and being ran by 1 waiter he did anexcellent job and food arrived 20 minutes. TJ was very attentive with our table and the rest of the other tables too. He showedempathy for wait times ?? but he held it down very well. He is definitely an asset to this location and company. Give this mana raise. He has very good customer service. Want to thank the cooks ???? and TJ for a great service for our morning since wecame all the way from Chicago! ???????? We ordered food at 5:30 and at 6:15 or food finally came one of the three burgers was burnt to a crisp I believe our waitress... was cooking our food herself. They we're so short-staffed we got coffee that was old as dirt and super strong. The French toastwas good..Thats it.. Read more
Good experience, but feel like I'm in a model home. Everything has been downsized to create the appearance of larger food... portions. The coffee cups look down right European now. Small plates have normal size pancakes hugging the edges. This alsomakes it difficult to put "syrup them up good" as there's nothing to keep it from dripping off the edges.
