Staff was friendly, but the place was not clean. 5 people at one rable when I came in at 1:15pm, and 1/2 of yhe remaining... tables were dirty. If I would've seen the numbers of flies back in the kitchen prep area before I ordered, I would've left. INVEST IN A FEW COMMERCIAL FLY TRAPS!! Read more
I frequent this Jimmy Johns, and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately today?s visit didn?t meet the service I... was used too. I ordered two sandwiches and both ended up being incorrect. JJBLT came with only tomato and bacon, and the Pepewas asked to be cut in half with onion. It wasn?t cut in half, and there was only a couple pieces of onion on there. I did goback to let the employees know, and they fixed the sandwiches. However, I feel like the custom service aspect wasn?t there.There wasn?t an apology, and I felt like I wasn?t taken seriously about it. The employee even asked what I would like on myJJBLT back through the drive thru after saying it was missing lettuce which felt a little silly since lettuce is in JJBLT. Thisprobably sounds a bit too nit picky. For me this is just a way to communicate how today went. I understand things happen, and weall have good days and bad days. I?ve worked customer service and still do. And I definitely understand mistakes happen. It justfelt like the customer service wasn?t there like it usually was, and I felt like the mistakes were viewed as that it was myproblem. I will be back. I think it's great that everybody liked it. I also liked it very much as the Stars say I loved it it was not that high I guess.... It actually was slower service than it says it was 10 times slower service then I would love. It also had five more deliverybags or should I say pickup bags then anybody in there so there was 10 bags total and only five people in there. This was the longest "Freaky Fast" take out order ever! I have ordered from other JJ stores and never have I had to wait for... nearly a half hour to get my order. Yes it was lunch time but that was no excuse for an individual that ordered after I did toget his food before me and the lady that ordered in front of me. Several employees looked like they were half asleep and weremoving very slow. Read more

It is just so frustrating that you don?t get what you asked and paid for in the drive thru. Yes, shame on me for not checking... the bag before I left, but really it shouldn?t be that hard to put it in the bag when clearly it was easy to charge my creditcard for the 2 sides of Kickin Ranch. New location. Ordered online and received the food in less than 10 minutes.
After waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes, my sandwich had fingerprints and was completely squished.
