Was at the drive through and the KFC employee said they would be a 20 minute wait due to staffing. I?m thinking ok, I?m hungry... so I?ll wait. Once I got up to pay I paid and was told to wait around the corner. Once I get there I see 4 cars already there soI pull in where I can. We all have been waiting here 41 minutes and I?ve only seen one car leave. This is terrible management,if you are that understaffed to where it?s going to take this long then close for the day. Another thing that bothered me waswhen I was told it was going to take so long if I didn?t want to wait I couldn?t back up since there were cars behind me so Ikinda didn?t have a choice. We've come here several times because they are close but every time they are out of something. Today we tried to order their... advertised 2 piece meal but they are out of chicken thighs. Pulled up at 8:20 pm after checking that google says they close at 10pm. Sign on door states that the close at 9 instead due to... being short staffed. It?s before 9 so we?re all good right? Nope door is locked. And 2 employees are outside smoking and sayabsolutely nothing to us. And they Walk back inside as we are leaving. It appeared that the drive thru was open but a longwait for only one car. Did not want to give them my business so went elsewhere. Will be calling to complain as well. Doorsshould be open for business as long as your signs say that you are open. Read more
I stopped here on my way back home from Denver. It seemed like only a couple of people were working there which means it took... over 20 minutes to get our food. Granted when we got it everything was fresh and hot. Read more
Pulled into the drive through at 1:23, I was the 2nd in line. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal no pickles and a cheeseburger... plain, just the burger. What I received at 1:44 (now late coming back from lunch to work) was a burger, just meat and bun nocheese; and two orders of fries. So not only did it take 21 minutes to put the fries into a bag and slap a single piece of meaton 2 cold buns; they forgot the most expensive part of the meal. Figured I'd skip the line at the McDonald's next door, but nowI know why there wasn't one at the kfc. Won't be making that mistake again. Read more
Sigh. I don't know why I come back to this place. Except it was late and it was the only place open. I think the food is awful... because I have a basis of comparison. I remember the old days when the BIG pieces of chicken were juicy and tasty. Now, the TINYpieces of chicken are dry and bland. And really small. And the tenders are extra dry and flavorless. I'm not sure if this switchis because of corporate decisions or because customers just put up with low standards. But here we are. Read more
Do not come here. Had zero original chicken at 7pm and a ?8? minute wait for crispy which was actually a 30 minute wait. Had a... line of cars waiting for basic orders. Also KFC raised their prices significantly, it?s not even worth eating at this substandard restaurant anymore. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Read more
