I?m a very frequent customer here and I?ve had several interactions with an associate name Hannah. She is by far the rudest... person I?ve dealt with. Apparently when your an employee you don?t have to say excuse me and reach in front of someone at thefountain machine. On top of that the tea tasted a little off but I thought nothing about it, well it made me extremely sick tothe point I couldnt leave me house. I refuse to go to this location anymore and will go to the one on Dublin. They have awesomecustomer service and treat you like a valued customer. Read more

Absolutely awful. There is an associate there named Eddie who no matter how loud you speak says WHAT? Has been completely... disrespectful and has even halted me from depositing cash at 11pm due to it being too high of an amount and too late at night.It was $300... So I took myself over to the location about 1.3mi away and they gladly took my deposit. After I explained I triedto do this at the very next location the manager on duty at that location detailed to contact corporate. The employee Eddie hasa complete attitude problem and needs to be terminated. I've been in retail/customer service 8years. He is ridiculous. Read more
During our time there we experience heavy obersavtion. They watched our every move by eye, or by cameras. Me and my party felt... extreme uncomfortable because they were only doing it to us. The workers were rude and unfriendly and our service there wasterrible. It was very accusatory and they kept track of everything we had. Read more
Rude and condisending cashier. She said hello and set a box of masks on the counter without saying anything else. She then said,... "mask". I said I was medically exempt, I also showed her my Dr. Signed exemption. She then took the products I was going topurchase and said have a good day. Then she said shes was moving to another register and I could do curbside. I asked what thephone number was, she said its out there. Well its wasnt out posted anywhere visible as I was parked right at the front. Therewas no signage other then the state order requiring a mask. The state order clearly identifies specific exemptions, one of whichI have and can prove it. Its nice to know that Kum and Go have no interest in individual limitations and have not issue withcasting maskless patrons as out right trouble even if shown supporting documentation. Read more
Great customer service and a place that has great staff. This store seems to be kept up much better than some of the others and... is always clean. Amy has worked there for awhile and she is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate them all and them greetingme by name when I walk in. Great job team. Thank you all for also taking time to make a special needs family member feel specialand smile every time we visit. That speaks a lot that you all are patient and understanding. Read more
The guy with braids who makes the food legit got mad because I asked for a whole pizza like that's your Job bro !!!!
