I came in to cash a lotto, buy a snack and pay for some gas. The shorter woman with dark hair was working non stop. The big... black guy was just standing at the only register that was open to pay at. I tried to hand him my lotto ticket to cash and hejust sat and looked at me with his hands in his pockets. Literally had eye contact for 45 seconds. Then once the girl was donedoing what she was doing she came over and helped me. The weird big dude still stood there awkwardly close to her. Then startedmumbling something about a printer being out of paper. Dude seems lazy and slow in the head. Feel bad for the girl. Roles shouldbe reversed. How is the big slow guy the manager and the hard working girl is just the employee? Makes no sense. Dude has nopride in the store he is running . Read more
Some of the BEST smelling and cleanest women's washroom Ive encountered in some time ???????????????? That alone is so... appreciated. Update October 2021: the tire air filler is broken They?ve had a pothole for months that hasn?t been fixed. Amateur hour. ... Also, this is supposed to be a high class area. Out of town guests think it's ghetto to have 'KUM' be the name of a gas station- I agree. The property owner of the whole retail development is also horrible. Badly designed, potholes everywhere, smallparking spaces. Doesn't fit the rich area. They need to go down south and let someone intelligent take over. Also, whoactually buys gas here? Everyone goes to King Soopers or Costco which always have the best prices. Read more
I've been in there two or three times and every time I've been in there with the bathrooms are filthy dirty and very disgusting... and it smells like Well you know what I'm talking about. I'm not going to get into that but I thought the bathrooms are alwayssupposed to be really clean well this one so far every time I've been there later in the day it's been really bad. There's onlyone person waiting on people so I'm assuming he doesn't have time to clean the bathrooms because he doesn't have any help Imight be why. Read more
I love this location. Staff is awesome and always hard-working and management clearly has a handle on keeping things moving and... it really shows and I know as a customer I really appreciate it. Thank you guys for all the hard work you do especially Nick. Iknow he?s got a lot going on in his own life but still manages to hold it down and make sure to give the customers a goodexperience. Just the recent visit made me not want to come here. The little credit/debit slider machine that you can use at the register was... filthy and sticky that I had to wash my hands. Which they should of cleaned properly. The other Kum&gos haven?t had this issueyet. Read more
I have nothing sarcastic to say about this Kum & Go. The reason Kum & Go is expanding so fast here in this state is because they... have stores with a large selection of drinks. Not only do they have large refrigerated individual beverage coolers but they alsohave a large fountain drink selection. They keep their stores clean and looking good. The staff is almost always reallyfriendly. The staff at this location is exceptionally friendly and I appreciate that, as do others I'm sure. Even though it's anew location they still maintain their bathrooms very well. Read more
