La Casita?s chicharonnes breakfast burrito came highly recommended from a friend. It was just okay, but nothing to recommend.... There are lots of better places for breakfast burritos, if you can call their burrito that. I clearly ordered the ChicharonnesBreakfast Burrito. For $6.00 it was a bit small, more of a taco, not burrito. The seared and warmed tortilla is a nice touch.The pork with the brown pork gravy is flavorful and included some chilis or peppers. Every breakfast burrito I have ordered hasinclude breakfast ingredients, like eggs and potatoes. This had neither and if there was cheese there was very little to none.The service was quick and the staff was friendly. Could use improvement. Read more
If people think this is a good place to eat then they really don't know what good Mexican food is. This place uses chips and... shells precooked out of bags. Garbage! There carne asada is like roast with no flavor. It's like a cheaper quality than Tacobell food with a very high price. If I could give this place a zero for stars I would. Ordered on 7/19/22 for my fam. Wife got the Chicken fajita salad and it had 3 pieces of chicken and was very skimpy on othet... food. I ordered the beef fajita plate with Guac for $14.99 and got 4 pieces of meat. What a rip off! To top it off, food wasbland. Save your money. Go somewhere else where they give you a decent serving. Food always tastes fresh. The women making the orders are always so friendly and happy. Today they had a worker named Nate... running from cash register who had absolutely zero care for providing customer service. Seemed like he was under the influenceof some sort. Did not say hello, smile, ask questions, basically stared at you to tell him your order. Didn't even say thanks orgive receipt for order because he dont understand was register wouldnt print receipt. I am traveling through so I unfortunately used the photos and other reviews to decide where to get my meal from. As I hate and... despise fast food places I decided to follow the reviews to something with real food in the ingredients? unfortunately I did notget what I ordered and what I did get (that came with a hefty price tag) was not a whole lot of anything? the pictures show hugeservings and I got one small piece of sliced beef (being pointed to in the picture) and the rest is chicken? of course I orderedthe ?supposedly filling? beef and chicken combo with guacamole, rice and refried beans?.. not what I got at all? but I am sureif I would have got it, that it would have been amazing. The flour tortillas were alittle soggy in the middle.. but such islife.. most people that order authentic Mexican can handle a big meal? I hope this was not the norm?. Trust me it smells goodbut I have food allergies and once I started finding stuff I didn?t order then I decided to not even test it? but truly wish ithad been different!! Love the chicharron burritos. Tamales are decent. Always feel welcomed when I go in as well.
