For the most part, I'm not a huge McDonald's fan but I do feel obligated to say that the younger blonde manager guy here... deserves a raise and tons of praise. He has been working shifts all alone and doing everything from start to finish. I hope hisbosses are noticing his commitment and worth. Read more

Terrible drive thru staff. I waited for 5 minutes while the other lane was served immediately. At least 3 cars pulled up and... were served while I waited when I asked if i could place my order the woman was extremely rude saying she was busy and will takemy order when she's ready. When I tried asking why the other lane was being served and not me she cut me off shouting "I'm busyand I'll serve you when I'm ready" I was a manager for multiple fast casual stores this is not how you treat customers.Especially in a drive thru where the point is speed and efficiency. The same car was sitting at the pay window the entire timewhich would leave me to believe she either doesn't know how to count change or she doesn't know how the POS works either waystaff needs more training on the most basic of tasks.
