For the most part, I'm not a huge McDonald's fan but I do feel obligated to say that the younger blonde manager guy here... deserves a raise and tons of praise. Terrible drive thru staff. I waited for 5 minutes while the other lane was served immediately. At least 3 cars pulled up and... were served while I waited when I asked if i could place my order the woman was extremely rude saying she was busy and will takemy order when she's ready. When I tried asking why the other lane was being served and not me she cut me off shouting "I'm busyand I'll serve you when I'm ready" I was a manager for multiple fast casual stores this is not how you treat customers.Especially in a drive thru where the point is speed and efficiency. The same car was sitting at the pay window the entire timewhich would leave me to believe she either doesn't know how to count change or she doesn't know how the POS works either waystaff needs more training on the most basic of tasks. Unpopular opinion but I personally don't like McDonalds the food never lives to standards, you see the picture on the menu but... when you get your food it looks like it got ran over by a 500 pound truck.... so if you feel like being disappointed that day byall means this is the place to go. I don't mean to hate on McDonalds that's just my opinion. Read more

OLD FOOD being served (as in it should be thrown out after an 1hr of sitting. Yeah you can't trick the public anymore with heat... lamps.) Employees can't count. Literally tired of complaining about the right amount of items. Burgers, fries, chicken nuggets.Never the right amount. Just go down the road to the next McDonald's. It's faster fresher food, and the added bonus of notwalking on other people's leftovers on the floor. Read more
They must have not wanted to make my double cheeseburger customized because they shot mayo and ketchup everywhere but inside the... sandwich on one it was drenched. And the other was less but the patties were old and dry. I ended up with two complete oppositeone drenched one dry. Read more
