*I want to preface this with I work in the service industry so I know how grueling it can be* If I could give this place a zero... I would. I have never been to a place where the workers were as bad at their jobs. I waited at the counter for 15 minutes(repeatedly saying excuse me) for them to not only not help me, but to help a grown man who had only been there for a minute.Not only was this experience this morning sexist but the service at this location is always terrible. My sister and I once gotin the drive-through line at 11 PM we did not get up to the speaker box until 11:55 PM they then waited for five minutes whilewe were at the box (they didn?t say anything) and told us they were closed. If you want a good experience, DO NOT COME HERE.This is absolutely the worst place I have ever been. Read more
Been in the drive thru mine for over 25 minutes. It?s now 7:47pm??don?t understand why. If it?s bc no one wants to work, check... the leadership that is in place at this location. What is the General Manager or owner doing to handle this situation. Everytime I come through, it?s terrible service. Not y?all closing the lobby with one lane open. It?s barely even 8:00 pm. EDIT: Cause this needs to be said as a heads-up.... Employees are now having customers via Drive-Thru, order at the window and not at the teller. So, you?ll be waiting 35 minutesor more just to order and then possible another 25 minutes for your food. I would suggest not going to this particular locationand try somewhere else like the 8th St one. Read more
I have always stopped here as my last stop before heading for home, another hour or more. I've seen it run down and beautifully... remodeled over the years. The staff is always friendly and professional. The store is always clean & bathrooms too!! Thank youfor always watching out for your customers and for making this customer always feel special! Stopped by tonight for some late night cravings. The level of customer service at this location is on point! I was greeted by... Alana on the mic who was super down to earth! Jennifer greeted me at the 2nd window with an inviting smile and the food made hotand ready! The fries were just how I like them hot and salty!!! THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!! I?ve driven through here 2 times and both times they were closed! Wasted gas... and my time TWICE! McDonald's on South Navada. WOW!!!! LOOKS GRREAT!! Definitely a plus from the old store. Even though the fireplace was taken... out. I still consider the store, one of the better ones. All threw out Colorado Springs area. Customer service is excellent. AndI am one that prides and strides on Customer service. When I go somewhere to purchase something. My instant and natural reactionis customer service. I had my own computer business for 10 years. What helped me was my customer service. I always made surethat my customers were very happy with my work. I made sure that they had a smile on there face before I left. And that'sexactly what McDonald's employees have done for me. I doordash from this location often. It is always filthy! The homeless man that usually hangs around here will seriously come... inside and clean this place! The staff is consistently incredibly rude to everyone and usually takes at least 30 minutes to getany orders. Read more
