Every time I come to this McDonald?s it?s always a problem with these people working and acting like they one either can?t here... or deliberately do this on purpose. I ask for the same thing all the time, it?s not complicated. I Distinctly asked for friesthat were hot and what I received was hard over cooked fries and that?s not what I said. Who wants to go to a restaurant and getcold food I?ve gotten cold fries from there before and that?s why when I order I always say hot what I think they did was dropthe same fries to reheat them and they were over cooked I swear he just gets on my nerves every time I come here. Normal drive through experience other than clearly aggrivated employees/manager. Started ordering and the employee on the other... end kept rushing me through my order... she kept saying.. any thing else so many times I lost IQ points. After paying theemployee at the window asked which order I had but had some sort of problem with me double checking. After that I recieved mydrinl at the next window greeted my another clearly aggitated employee, this time a manager. She said nothing other than nextwindow. I paused for a second then she said louder... next window! And so I went to the next window Nd waited for my food. Thistime an employee verified it was my order. She looked extremely nervous.. probably because her other coworkers treated her justlike the customers. So after that I looked through my order to find I only missed some barbecue sauce. I simply backed up infront of the opend window and the manager gave me an ugly look and chuckled. She asked what I wanted and I just said simply, Ijust wanted my Barbecue sauce. She sarcasticly handed me my sauce and then told me... you should have said that when youordered. I stated that I did and I could show her on the receipt I was holding up. She just waived me off as to say whatever. Imean, I generally have no issues at McDonalds, but clearly, this location needs to re-train there staff and managers aboutcommon courtesy and respect. I'm just glad it was me and not someone else because others would definately never be customers atthis location after a similar experience. Read more

This place is consistently inconsistent. Last time took forever to get our small order. 4 cars in front of us ne er moved for... 10 minutes. As for the food...it's McDonalds...enough said. Happy Meals are the trap. Read more

Very poorly managed. Not unusual to wait 10-15 mins for your order. Handed me a drink that was missing 2 ounces, asked it it... would be possible to get a little bit more, 20 something year old girl with short black hair, glasses, darker complexion lookedme in the eyes and said no. I said seriously? She again said NO and told me to pull forward. No lie I was the only car in line.Never going back. Read more

Ordered a big breakfast, got charged for one with hotcakes, I didn't want hotcakes. Asked for picante sauce, got ketchup, waited... in the "around the corner pickup" for 12 min, even if you started cooking the breakfast right when I ordered it, it's only 7 mintil completion. Complete and utter failure as a McDonald's! Read more
