Had a disappointing experience Friday night (10/14) - I went early to wait for my pickup order and was treated to staff... complaining about only making minimum wage plus tips and all the work they were required to do as a result (washing dishes andsuch). The staff in back definitely knew I was there because they looked right at me multiple times. It was extremelyunprofessional and because they were more focused on talking to each other they also screwed up my order. Read more
At two separate times I have gotten pizza, chicken Alfredo, cannoli, and gelato. While it is not bad, the food itself is rather... plain and standard for the pricing. I had to season the pasta dish myself to bring it up to a typical dish. It's not a badoption if you're looking for something to just eat, but I wouldn't say it's worth a return trip. Finally got to try this place tonight! Was so excited reading all the reviews! We used our coupon, always love a free pizza!... Ordered 2 pizzas, salad and gelato. We?ll try it again, to see if we like it better. But, truly the pizza was just okay, run ofthe mill take out. My hubs felt the crust was too tough. The salad was okay, and my daughter found a straight, dark hair in it!But, the gelato was the part that shined! We tried lemon, raspberry and caramel. The raspberry wasn?t very flavorful, but thelemon tasted like lemon meringue pie and was sooooo good! The caramel with ribbons of chocolate and cookie was fabulous! We maystop by just for gelato! The margarita pizza was delicious. The ingredients all tasted very fresh. You could tell that they make their own dough.
I?m sure this pizza had potential. But when I had it delivered, and it was 30 minutes late, I called the restaurant. The... delivery person put it on the porch and didn?t bother to even ring the doorbell. It was stone cold when I got it off theporch. I?m heating it in the oven now, but this was my first experience with this restaurant. Let?s face it - reheated pizzais never as good as fresh. How does a delivery driver not bother to notify the person? I?m frustrated without even tasting thepizza. Read more
