First time in, tried the Overnight Braised Beef and Kids Pizza. Had a very odd experience. First, the good: they offer a free... kids meal after 5 PM on Sundays. My daughter enjoyed the pizza. Next, the bad: I asked about signing up for the rewardsprogram. The female cashier suggested that I sign up after I place the order, and then download the app & scan my receipt. Iproceeded to place the order, and then, after it was placed, she declared that she was unable to print the receipt as theprinter was out of printer paper. She got very animated and clearly upset about the issue. I suggested that they work on it andbring me the receipt later as, we were eating in and would be there a while. She came to the table to deliver our food and saidthat they would not be able to print the receipt at all since they were completely out of printer paper at the store. I kindlyasked to speak with a manager. The manager came over and said sorry there is nothing we can do, except possibly refund, and thenredo the order with the card that is attached to my rewards account. I then proceeded to log into my rewards account to be surethat my credit card was attached to the account. There seems to be a problem with the website that will not allow a credit cardto be added, even though the account is active with my email address. At this point, there is no way to get the points for mypurchase. Additionally, the bowl that I ordered was not received as described and pictured. It was missing the onions andmushrooms. I had to walk back up to the counter and ask for them to add the item that was clearly in the photo and in thedescription. The beef was also very low quality, not Angus beef as advertised. Big fan of modern market, but this location is way below par. Always seem to get food that's past it's prime. I'd recommend... going one exit down I-25 South to the academy location. Read more

We dined in today and were disappointed. We got fountain drinks but they failed to tell us their soda dispenser was broken and... therefore we had limited drinks. There was no sign on it nor did they tell us at the counter when we ordered. Many of thesurfaces around the restaurant were dirty and the table markers were disgusting, covered in stains and sticky. The portion sizesare inconsistent and the dessert we ordered was stale. Read more

First time in for lunch on a Tuesday with my daughter. The employees were very kind and the fountain drink selection was unique... and delicious. The food was meh. Nothing to write home about. My salad looked absolutely nothing like the picture? for example,my hard boiled egg was whole- not sliced like the picture or description. It was kind of funny. The meat in both my salad (tuna)and my daughters sandwich (steak) seemed grade d meat? it was just a bit off. The salad portion was generous, though, it wasmade with zero finesse (the butt of the head of romaine as well as soggy/bad lettuce was included). The place was quite busythough. It doesn?t say on the menu but you can order vegan pizza by asking to swap cheese with vegan cheese. Changing the dough to vegan... dough costs extra. The bowl and the pizza were both satisfactory, and the person behind the counter was lovely. Read more

My boyfriend and I get Mod Marker frequently as we both work late and typically try to grab a healthy dinner when we don?t have... time to cook. Mod Market is one of our Go-To?s but this location is consistently awful with their consistency. We NEVER receivedouble protein when we pay for it so now we always check before we leave. Our favorite dishes almost never have the same amountof ingredients as the last time we ordered and anything we customize to the order never gets customized. For example. I justpicked up a farmers salad and ordered it with NO corn and double chicken. I got home and there was corn in it and no extrachicken that I paid extra for. This happens almost every single time. I will not be going back to this location because of the quality of service, and the quality of food that I was given. I?m sad... for how terrible the experience was because I?ve enjoyed modern Market in the past. I ordered in the shop for to-go. I stood atthe counter for a solid 5 mins before one of the staff members came to take my order and they were not busy or understaffed anddefinitely knew I was waiting. I ordered two meals ($40ish) and double checked everything was correct before leaving?becauseI?ve had issues with missing items from this location in the past. Everything was there, the sides for the two dishes wereswapped, but nbd since it was for my husband and I. Before I started eating I noticed my steak was gray and not very tasty andthe chimichurri sauce was sour. I also noticed my salad had quite a bit of wilting. I only had a few bites before deciding I didnot want to eat food that was going bad. Sadly will not be going to this location/franchise again. Read more

I usually eat Modern Market weekly. Delivered to my house since I work from home & it?s super convenient. Today I ordered from... this location and was pretty disappointed to get my food. I?m in love with the Thai Coconut Salad, but when it came it wasn?tlike it should be. First it was wrapped in foil? Which is not really a bad thing, just odd! It usually comes packedsecured/COVID safe. But most importantly, it was missing half the ingredients. No sweet potatoes, no marinated onions, hardlyany chicken or coconut/peanuts. All the things that actually make it a Thai Coconut salad lol! I mean they did give me a ton ofcilantro though ????. Kind of a hassle when I called to ask about it, was actually told this location has these issues and to goto a different location, which we ended up having to do and was an inconvenience for sure. Not sure if it?s an end all for me,as I do love their food. Just hoping that they can get it right next time because the other locations are alot further away fromme. Read more
