The food was delicious and too die for ????. Yum yum yummy! I appreciated the sample tray. The chowder soup was so creamy and... rich. The fried fish was seasoned to perfection. Food was great, service was A+ and very quick. It was pretty hot in therestaurant, that is the only negative I can say but definitely enjoyed lunch. Read more

Great Cajun option for Colorado Springs! Having lived in Houston and spending time in Louisiana, I do loves me some authentic... Cajun food lol. So realistically, it's really hard to directly compete with those places if you know them, but that doesn't meanit's not super tasty! Colorado isn't known for its Cajun options so it's a breath of fresh air for variety in town. The wife isobsessed with the gumbo. And everything I had was super yummy. So grab your bottle of Tabasco and give these folks a try! Bewarned, there is flavor involved so the Cracker Barrel patrons may want to stay home and boil potatoes or whatever-bland insteadlol. Cheers! Read more

We decided on a whim to head to Momma Pearl’s & it was a great decision! I’m originally from SETX/SWLA for a little... background to my review… The spice level was not up to par with what I’m used to with Cajun food, but it was still good! Iordered the N’awlins Voodoo Pasta, & it was definitely missing the kick that normal voodoo pasta has. We also had some hushpuppies & those were very tasty! They are served with cocktail sauce, so if you want ketchup, ask! We arrived right before theSaturday evening crowd came in & boy did it get packed! Definitely consider making reservations, we just got really lucky. Thestaff was fantastic. They were kind & attentive! I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house, it all looked fantastic &there is also outdoor seating! Read more

Pretty decent taste of home for this Southeast Texan. The spice level is very tame compared to Cajun. The hush puppies tasted... pretty authentic and were delicious! I loved so much that they have sampler platters so you can try their good cooking! They putokra in the gumbo which some find controversial but they cooked it well. The wait staff are awesome! I recommend makingreservations they get busy fast! I recommend having more Cajun zydeco music. Read more

Long wait for mediocre food, but the service was great! Our server was very attentive and kept apologizing for the delay. After... the amount of time we waited, the food should have been amazing but it just wasn't. Our bill was over $80 and I gave over halfof it away. Read more

Absolutely phenomenal in all regards! My wife and I haven't had Cajun food this good since we visited New Orleans a couple of... years ago. I had the Louisiana Seafood Cakes and my wife got the Cajun Sampler and both were incredible. We got desserts to go(I got cheesecake and my wife got bread pudding) and both were just as amazing as the entrees. Our server was super friendly andnice to us, overall we had a great experience and can't wait to go back! I highly recommend stopping by for some authentic Cajuncooking right here in Colorado Springs! Read more

When you first walk into Momma Pearl's you pretty much should expect to smell the ocean. The atmosphere is calm and inviting... with a flourish of memories from visits to New Orleans. My 3 person party ordered many different items on the menu, which arewell proportioned and just to die for in flavor. It was alittle more then a normal place on pricing, but again the portionmatches the price. Pictures are as follow: mushroom stuff crab, the seafood gumbo (seriously amazing), and catfish po'boy. Ifyou want authentic New Orleans food, you will find it here in this gem tucked away. The owner chef even came out to make surethe food was good. Please enjoy at your earliest. They do a Broil on Saturday...UNTIL LATE JUNE!! Read more

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The food was great! We started with happy hour... cocktails called Hurricane. For food we had Balls of Fire and Jambalaya for starters, and then the sampler seafood platter withfrog legs, catfish, shrimp, oysters and alligator. Other than discovering that I don't like oysters (nothing on the chef's end -just my own personal preference), the food was great! Came with fries and fried okra. We had no room left for dessert. Thealligator was my favorite! Yum yum. Chef came and said hi which was so awesome. Great service! 10/10 would recommend. Read more
