Honestly, this was a really positive carry out experience for me. Everything was great, it was all hot and ready to go, nothing... was missing. The Caesar salad was amazing, then I went to go try my Alfredo and it had all the correct things I customizedonline, and it was absolutely delicious. I will most definitely be coming back. Read more
Eat here often. Normally pretty good. Kind of pricey but inflation sucks. This last visit I think they forgot our order or... something. We sat around waiting for like 15+ minutes watching people come and go, went to the counter to ask what was going onwas told we had a rush (which they did after we ordered). 10 minutes later we were served or food. I ordered spaghetti withcauliflower noodles, and parmesan crusted chicken, I got the above plus meatballs. Maybe the girl didn't understand me and thatis why it cost so much. Read more
We ordered bisque and penne Rosa with chicken. The pasta was not cooked at all where it was so chewy and the bisque was burnt... out and tasted bitter. Dumplings were good . We ordered another plate of dumplings and left place.i have mentioned it to staffbut no action taken. Purely disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Read more
I had ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp for pick up. When I got home, they not only forgot the shrimp, they overcooked the... noodles and eggs. I called and were willing to remake it. I ended up driving back across town to get it; not how I wanted tospend my time or gas money. I did get an apology at least. This is seriously the worst Noodles I've ever been to. The latest incident was being served inedible burned chicken that they... were unable to refund because we paid in store, but we live 25 mins away now, so would have to waste an hour plus gas. The timebefore that they left out the chicken all together, and the time before that they told us we couldn't place an order inside,that we had to order online and then could pick it up? They literally wanted me to go to my car, order online and come back into pick it up instead of letting me order inside. After giving it multiple chances, we'll unfortunately never be eating hereagain. Read more
Very disappointed with my visit. My bowl was half full and noodles were chewy. My soup was clearly burnt as well and tasted... terrible. The person who checked us out seemed like they really didn?t want to be there either. Read more
"Due to a staffing shortage, we are accepting online orders only" This is insane. I'm in a quick serve restaurant, and there's... no way to place an order other than my phone. I am leaving this 1-star review because I want to do everything in my power tostop this insanity from spreading. Read more
