Awesome service! Had a large order to feed a marching band and had to meet a schedule (all ordered ahead as we're from out of... town). I had some customizations to feed all the different allergies/dietary restrictions (Really wish this location had theGluten-free Mac&Cheese option) -- Shannon & Kat were so friendly, made sure my order was on time, went through my entire orderto make sure I had everything I requested and even helped me load up my car! Ordered pick up, Spicy Korean Beef Noodles and chicken sesame dumpling broth bowl, for the beef noodles there's no single... piece of steak in it although i chose to have steak, it's a plain bowl of noodle with no taste, same with chicken sesamedumpling bowl, i'd rather get the instant noodle. This location is awful. All the employees do not know what?s going on. I ordered the Lo Mein Organe Chicken with Impossible... Chicken in store and Mason took my order. I was given a Pad Thai, but did not check until I was in the car, on my way back toDenver. Called the store for a refund and Spoke to Erin who said that even though I have a copy of the receipt they cannot?process a refund with the card in store?. There is no way I?m going to go all the way back for something that voided. Erin wasso unprofessional and was laughing on the phone. So rude. Walked in and waited several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. Then a girl came to the counter that appeared to be... crying and I asked if she was okay. She said ?no, not really?been a rough night? and then pulled down her visor. Then waited 45minutes for an order of butter noodles. After he brought out 6 orders for everyone e after us I asked about my butterednoodles. He said they were in the back. When he finally brought them out he said ?sorry we suck!? Will not return. Ordered a special, ?Japanese Pan Noodles with marinated steak? that has a ~$4 up charge for the steak. Ordered... for take out and when we got home I opened the bag and the workers wrote ?Out of steak:(? on the bowl with a sad face. But theyhad no problem charging me for the steak. While the food is good overall, same as any other Noodles & Company, I think I'm going to wait a while to go back so they can... figure out how to make sure all the ingredients are actually in the order. Initial visit I ordered Med Salad with Chicken thatwas missing the chicken. I called and they said I could pick up a free meal. So I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with ParmesanChicken. Picked it up and headed home only to find there was no Alfredo sauce. Until they have been open a while, I'm not goingto do any order to go. At least that way they can correct the order immediately. This place was decent. Went here for dinner because the place was new and it wasn?t the best. For paying, the cards wouldn?t... work. My parents use Apple Pay and Apple Card and it didn?t work. We had to use Mastercard even though it says they accept ApplePay. I got the ?Wisconsin Style Mac and Cheese? and it wasn?t the best. I asked for chicken and didn?t get a single piece.
