We visited this location over an hour before closing, and they were out of almost everything, and we were told by the unpleasant... young woman at the counter that they were only willing to make more orange chicken and honey sesame chicken, even though peoplewere constantly coming in. There were three separate delivery drivers who were unable to pick up orders, even though the storehad received them. The manager finally stepped in and told the people who ordered after us that he would make whatever THEYwanted (I didn't really want two fried items, but that's all they had at the time). We asked for water cups, and were givensome, but the water dispenser (on the lemonade tap) was out of order. We finally got our food, which was partially cold, thanksto the counter person putting our chow mein into containers before the rest of the food was cooked. The chow mein was mostlyvegetables, and very few noodles. The orange chicken (which we've eaten for years) was almost too hot to eat. But at least weeventually got our food. There were two young men waiting patiently for their order for a long time. The rude woman from thecounter came by and asked if we were still waiting for our food (even though we had food in front of us that we had been eatingfor at least 15 minutes), and when we told her no, she asked the young men. Apparently their order had been sitting behind thecounter for a while, but no one bothered to let them know. I'm sure it was lukewarm by the time they got it. Then, about ahalf-hour before closing, the rude woman from the counter started putting chairs on the tables next to us (without wiping thetables first, btw). Not only was it loud, it was incredibly rude, as we were made to feel like we were being pushed to leave,even though they were open for 30 more minutes. I placed an order through Door Dash that was confirmed, yet it still took them over an hour and 20 minutes to "prepare my food"... they told the driver they were waiting for Teriyaki chicken. When it was done they handed it to him, but then some how something else needed to be cooked. WORSE service, the poor driver was there for well over an hour waiting for them to prepare avery easy order. They were also unapologetic about him waiting there for so long!! Read more

I've been ordering food at this location for two days in a row. They all the sudden got so much better with food and customer... service. I assume that has something to do with the fact that they had managers there making sure everything is great. Read more

I placed my order online in the hopes of expediting the process. Received a text that my food was complete. It wasn't even... started when I arrived. I spent the entirety of my lunch waiting for food that was "ready" for me. I will NOT be returning. Read more

I placed an online order an hour before they closed and when I went to pick it up at 8:20 they were already closing but their... hours are until 9. When I walked up a group of them were hanging out outside with one person inside. I stood there for awhilebefore anyone acknowledged me and when they did they said they were out of food. I told them I was picking up an order but theydidn't have it. They looked at the screen and realized they still had an order. When I asked how I get my money back they toldme I don't know. One went to get a manager and she told me to cancel the order through their app. When I explained I orderedthrough their site she told me she didn't know what to do. First time I've ever been to Panda Express! After waiting in a long line, got order person and all went bad from there!!! Wife... ordered hers which they couldn't get right until we told her three times and then she went right to the next person, so asked ifI could order and she go to next person, well next person just ignored me completely!!! But thankfully a third person waschecking us out and she realized that something was wrong and asked if we wanted something more. And Wife and I explained andshe handled it! The food was delicious but there was one particular staff member named Priscila that was just awful. She had an attitude because... her co-workers were telling her to go up front and do her job. There was a long line of customers waiting to pay for their foodand she was doing something else that could've waited... customers started to complain so she walks back to the front and wasslamming her register, rolling her eyes at everybody, didn't speak to any customer at all and got mad when customers asked aquestion. Girl, if you don't like your job then quit. I'm not even sure how she got hired. Read more

Horribly understaffed! I went to this location to pick up two doordash orders. It took 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by... staff. Once they finally helped me they told me that it will be awhile on the orders because there are only two people working. Read more
