Went to get an order corrected. It happens as we are just people to do the best we can . Showed them the receipt that the young... lady handed me just moments earlier and thought it'd be fixed . Come to find out I had to re-pay for what I ordered previously!However, the receipt I gave them "was proof of previous purchase but not a current request for service or product " and a verbalcontact or perceived promise is not grounds to receive services .... Came in during lunch on a weekday, around 1 pm. Had the chow mein and black pepper steak. Everything was great! Chow mein was... not dried out, seamed like there might have been a little extra seasoning of sort as well. Steak was great too. Good job. Read more
Accidentally followed Jazmin from the Woodman location to this one. We use to live a few blocks away from the woodman store so... we frequented that location a lot. She was always super awesome and very friendly. Decided we wanted panda this evening fordinner and now we live near this location. Was surprised to Jazmin here! She told us that she got promoted to manager! The foodat this location is always fresh when I come in. Everyone is always friendly and awesome. Read more
Today I went through the drive thru with my wife and she ordered our usual plates, she was being polite and speaking to the... employee with her normal tone. Although the employee taking our order was being very rude. Ones she handed out our bag my wifesaid thank you and the employee rolled her eyes and looked away. Once we got home we noticed they gave us plates we didn't evenorder. My wife went back to show them the receipt and spoke to the manager politely but his employees were pointing and talkingabout her complaining about the order when it was their fault. Honestly I have nothing against this restraunt I have gone toother pandas with better services. Employees here seem like they just don't like their job. Read more
Good customer service and the food was nice and hot. Also, if possible, don?t go through the drive thru, go inside and order... your food. I feel like they give you more food when you?re physically standing there ????and they are less likely to mess upyour order. Read more
This was supposed to be the bigger plate, not only te portions were messed up, the actual plate is smaller than a regular side... plate. Food doesnt have flavor and it was really cold. I will never go to this place again Read more
I get it is fast food but she literally threw the food at me when picking it up. The lady wouldn?t even give me time to check it... first before driving away. The picture looks nice but less than 5minutes into eating it I began GAG REFLEXING ???????? andcouldn?t finish even half of it. Read more
I have no idea why anyone would pay for Chinese food from a chain when they could pay the same amount for more flavorful food... from a family owned restaurant. Support the small business they deserve your money more. If I?m getting Chinese food from achain restaurant I expect it to be half the price as family owned ones? not the same price. Read more
