Not good service. I don?t know if the lady serving was a shift lead or a manager( description lots of makeup red lipstick and... tall) Went today during the time of around 3:30pm and the lady seemed rude with a bad attitude. I ordered a bigger plate and didnot receive what I ordered and when I went to show my receipt the shift lead or manager lady yelled me that I was wrong whenclearly I had proof what I paid for. The gentleman that checked me out was nice and gave me the missing extra side once he saw Ihad paid. Listen, I have no clue what happened after 5:00pm with this place, a shift change or, new hires, but this was horrible service.... At least 7 people were waiting in line for their online order and not one of the ?employees? if that?s what you can call themeven had the decency to look us in the eye and tell us our food was on the way. Even when one of the wonderful people in lineand stepped up and said something, one of the employees who was working this night (blonde, so much makeup it could bury a city,that one) exclaimed, ?Well if it?s a DoorDash, they can just cancel it.? As if that made anyone all the more happy at the utterlack of respect and competence the crew has. This place needs to be better or shut down. Read more

Horrible service. Getting real tired of no sense of urgency by a bunch of teenagers working this restaurants and running them... into the ground. Placed order online when I got to this location there was only people waiting for take out. But here is thekicker while waiting there people would come in place their order and get there food while we still wait for the order that wasplace way earlier. That makes no sense. Who trains and manages these people! Of course when you complain you are giving attitudeabout and how dare I ask them what the hold up is and interrupt their conversation about who is closing ???? I ordered the same amount of food I always get, 2 family feasts totaling 75 bucks. Today my food was given to me not in the red... take out containers like it normally is? but in small black bowls with clear lids. There was less than HALF the amount of food Inormally get! There are 6 people in my family and the red boxes feed all of us and then some. These black bowls with clear lidsfed three of us and the tree that ate were still hungry. I am beyond mad that I paid the same amount of money for 1/3 the food.I will NOT be going back to this location again. RIP OFF. I can?t believe they think these little bowls hold the same amount asthe red take out dishes. Make sure and check your take out order and if it?s in these dishes take it back. I would?ve gone backif it wasn?t a 30 min drive. Read more

Ordering online and picking up was awesome but when I got home to eat, my Orange chicken bowl had 4 nugget size pieces on top of... a bowl full of rice. I normally go to the Interquest location but they were not taking online orders. I doubt I will go to theWoodman store again. Awful for almost $9.00 Read more

53 minutes past pickup time for an online order. This location clearly needs to train on principles such as first in first out... and figure out manning to get orders out the door if they are going to offer online orders. Staff is great, I 100% put this onmanagement failures. Read more
