What an amazing manager Mr Benjamin Ford! Efficient, friendly, smart, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, calm under... pressure, helping overwhelmed workers during rush hours, personable, and generous. Constantly! I am incredibly disappointed in this location. I would put 0 stars if I could. I was dining in with my husband and I went to use... the restroom where I saw the handicap restroom stall had no door. A woman with a disability was forced to use the restroom withno door because there was no other option. I cannot believe that Panera thinks this is okay to put your customers through. Notto mention not only was there no stall but it was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary and the toilets were leaking watereverywhere. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Do better Panera. Read more
I ordered a bagel (shown in picture) this morning and it came out over-toasted to my taste. Came in yesterday dying of thirst, so I just wanted a drink of water, but to be fair because I understand the cups aren?t free I... ordered a large drink (which I honestly didn?t want for their soda or teas just water and this was communicated to the cashier)I then asked her if I could just purchase 2 additional regular sized cups for water as well and they ended up charging me $14.04for 3 cups that I literally filled with nasty tasting tap water. Now if they had bottled waters that would have been a bettersolution but I didn?t see any and she didn?t offer when I was clear all I wanted was water. Then she gave me the incorrectchange which required a manager and they seemed more annoyed that they had to come help me get my correct change never mind thefact that 3 other people were able to order whole meals before I could pay for these over priced waters. I know this is more ofa one off situation, and overall I don?t have an issue with Panera. In the past I?ve always like their food, but I just wasbeyond disappointed by the lack of customer service and the silliness of the whole situation. I have never had any companycharge me full price for a cup intended for water I had a long drive home and the mini one with no lid would not cut it. Thatbeing said I am not kidding the filters or something needs to be changed because the water is still sitting here because it wastoo nasty to drink it tasted like copper, but for $14 I could?ve bought 2 cases of water for that! it?s things like this thatwill literally make me avoid this location in the future Read more
If you want to go here to work on something while enjoying some coffee or food?don?t. I just left because the manager was... openly talking to his employee of how tired he was that people came in and ?abused? his store. He mentioned he blanked off allthe power outlets. It?s true. There are hardly any. Goes to show they only care about getting people in and out and thanletting people enjoy the experience. Read more
I ordered for pickup through GrubHub because I was on the go. Order was a soup/salad combo with bowl of turkey chili soup and a... Fuji apple salad with chicken, French bread on the side. Also ordered two bottles of green tea. Was hoping to save the chili forthe next day, but that was the only item they messed up. They left two long black hairs inside when they packaged it (knew itwasn?t my hair because I?m red headed and I hadn?t even opened the container yet). I got a refund through GrubHub, but it mademe sad I couldn?t have the chili for the next day, I?ll have to find something else to eat. The salad wasn?t as fresh either,some of the leaves were wilted, soggy, and tasted pretty bitter. Overall just a dud of an experience. Read more
Pretty typical Panera trip; nothing went wrong and nothing spectacular happened. We used their newer ordering tablets and had no... issues with them. We got the chipotle chicken avocado melt with their new cucumber tomato side, frozen strawberry lemonade, andsuperfruit smoothie. The sandwich is very good. We didn?t think it had too much spice; we both thought it could use a littlemore. Both drinks were great. The smoothie wasn?t overly sweet which we enjoyed. The new side was also good but we didn?t thinkpanera needed the $2 up charge to get it but hey capitalism. Read more
Crowded, but everyone was so polite and friendly! Food at this Panera was excellent, fresh, nice portions. Wish all Paneras were... like this one! We like using the kiosk, getting a text, then also seeing the order board. Smooth! Read more
