Food: very good not great. Ordered; light brew coffee, cinnamon crunch bagel, soufflé. Customer service: good/and ok. Gentlemen... who took our order was very polite and quick. Asked employee for a coffee cup lid because several things were out of stock atthe coffee station. He sighed and looked annoyed and got some more lids with out saying anything. When I said ?thank you,? hesighed again and said a loud ?yup.? Atmosphere: quiet, well staffed, fellow patrons seemed polite, fellow patrons seemed nice,not overcrowded, was 1st in line to order straight away. Nice outdoor seating. Could have been cleaner and better stocked inself service areas/restroom. Time of visit: between 10-11 am on a weekday. Read more
Great place to go get a good salad that's better than most fast food choices you can make. I got the Asian Chicken Salad and my... wife got the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. They were both prepared great and were tasty and delicious. My only gripe is we had toask for the apple chips since they forgot them. Read more
My wife ordered a sandwich for lunch and I ordered a breakfast sandwich. Both were really tasty. A little on the pricey side but... the quality made it easier to absorb. The Mac and cheese is the best you'll ever get anywhere so I highly recommend you get it.Will definitely eat there again and try other food options as well as the Mac and cheese. Read more
Extremely disappointed with our food this evening. Our sandwiches tasted as if they had been sitting out for so long. Chichen... was so dry & old tasting I had to spit it out. We spent over $40 thinking we were going to have some nice specialty sandwiches.Yea right!! The absolute last time we ever go back. I'm telling everyone too! Read more

So I stopped by today for lunch with the misses and our little one (7). They were short staffed, as usual, and was quoted it was... a 15 min wait for food, ok, not too bad. 30 min later we finally get our food, strike one. Get everything to the table and themisses sandwich has like zero chicken on it (Napa valley chk sandwich), strike 2. But the nail in the coffin was my chk sand(Pick 2), like it wasn?t even half a sandwich, more like a bite of a sandwich and Panera charges $6.59 for a 2 bite sandwich.Nah, I?m good, so needless to say, I won?t be coming back anytime soon. $13.29 for a price of bread and two slices of meat cut in half. Almost $12 for a half full salad when I paid for a full salad. ... This place has gone downhill. No longer a patron. The food was ok. The service was awful. When If I owned this place, I would fire everyone of these people. They have no... customer service period. When I asked for butter for my oatmeal the guy sighed like it was a problem for me asking. When I askedabout brown sugar the guy in the kitchen with a Mohawk looking hair style said wha t does she want now! With that comment, youhave terrible employee attitude. Will never be back again!
