Called this location and placed an order. The guy on the phone said it?ll be about an hour and 15 minutes, and he took my... payment($45). An hour and a half(exactly) later I called back, and the automated message said it?ll be an estimated 82 moreminutes. Didn?t sound right, so I pressed the option to speak with someone. Pizza was missing cheese all together and was burnt. Manager first blamed it on the new employee then said the door dasher... didn?t check in. So I guess he let a random man grab a pizza off the counter and walk out, BUT claimed nothing can be done andthe pizza could not be remade because we ordered through DoorDash and he can?t account for the dough. The pizza is always so fresh. They get it here so quick and are always so friendly. Highly recommend this location.
The employees were nice. But didnt care about not cussing in front of my 6 year old daughter, and they had bugs...lots of... bugs...dead and alive. My daughter wouldn't eat the pizza because of it and I dont blame her. It was gross and we will beswitching locations. Read more
It is good by Papa John's standards. I'm not saying it's 5 star pizza just that it is a good Papa Johns. Tastes like it... should. Doesn't take longer than it should for either delivery or takeout. It's a little annoying that takeout stops hoursbefore close. Usually pizza are properly docked but last time a slice wasn't and had a big bubble but most of it was doneright. Read more
Don't do any mobile orders through 3rd party apps (Door dash/UberEats) from this location! They purposely made us wait an... excessive amount of time. The order consisted of only a 10 inch pizza and garlic knots. When I walked in they said it would be a30 minute wait and he had just started the order. I waited 15 minutes, and went back inside to check on it and he said onceagain that he was just starting on it. Meanwhile both times I went in, there were no other orders he was currently working on.
