Walking up I was super skeptical, but as we walked in, your hit with the greatest aroma of table side service and quality. My... wife and I had a great food experience . We had escargot witch was to die for also my wife had Sauteed Sweet Bread with capers,loaded baked potato and I had a Prime Colorado Buffalo Steak topped with blue cheese and grilled veggies. And a Double o 7 martini and my wife had a North Brook martini. Great time. Check it out. Read more

Only one word describes my experience tonight... AMAZING! Great staff, great service. Outstanding food. My wife and I went here... for a random date night, I actually was able to get a same day table reservation, I definitely recommend getting a reservation.Small seating area and filled up fast. We were there just over the 2 hour mark from the time we sat down to the time we left, (NOT because of slow service) but rather good service. We enjoyed the fresh bread and water while looking at the drink menu.Sipped on our drinks and ordered the appetizer and meal. Topped off the night with an ice cream dessert. The ambience here is great. Amazing views. Even had a deer walk by outside the window to complement it. Table side preparation... of steaks ...and all servers were very cordial. The food was good, but it's the experience here that is more heavily weighted. Read more

PepperTree Restaurant is a great place to dine for a special occasion or an upscale dining experience. They have a great menu... and a lot of the dishes are cooked tableside. I started my meal with the seared scallops on a bead of Thai chili sauce. My auntreconsider of the Chateaubriand (pan seared center cut filet mignon) for two, with a baked potato and vegetable medley. Fordessert I ordered Apple pie à la mode. His meal was outstanding from start to finish. The Chateaubriand was cooked table sideand flambéed (cooked with liquor and set it alight briefly), which provided an amazing dinning experience. This is a greatlocal and upscale restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special dining experience or special occasion. The staffwas extremely efficient and friendly, as well as the prices were not very expensive for the food and service provided. Read more

5 stars from me means it really is 5 stars. Reservation only, and make sure to dress up. Probably the best steak I've ever had.... The service was phenomenal and I like how all the servers take care of all the tables. It feels like there's real teamwork. Thebananas foster was really good, but it turned into a soup really quick. I would order it again though. Absolutely delicious.Literally the only thing I could find to critique is the sound system. The speakers sound tinny, really high pitched like anelevator. A couple sonos speakers around the room and this place is perfect. Read more

Don’t judge a book buy it’s cover. The outside of Peppertree is deceiving. It may not look much from the outside but the... inside is where it counts. The staff was fantastic and the meal was spot on. Especially at the price point. We had the smokedsalmon and tai chili scallops for an appetizer followed by the garden salad. My wife had the Steak Diane while I had thelobster tail. Both were properly cooked and the steak was cooked table side. For dessert we shared a well prepared CrèmeBrûlée. Tara continuously checked on us to insure our needs were met. Definitely in the top two restaurants that we havebeen to in Colorado Springs. We look forward to our next visit. Read more

It was DELICIOUS. We had a bit of an issue in the beginning. I guess they forgot to put in our order so we were sitting there... for like 30/40 minutes with no one checking in on us. When we noticed other tables getting served we asked a waiter what wasgoing on. She was incredibly nice and they brought out the manager. They covered our appetizer, drink and dessert charges. Theydefinitely didn't have to do that (so we made sure to leave a good tip ???? We had Rodrigo as our cook and it was all sofantastic. Low-key would go back for the mushroom appetizer. ???? This was a special night for us and we had a blast. Pricy sowe'll only come back for special occasions but we left stuffed! Which is a big deal for us ???? we hate paying a ton of moneyand leaving hungry. We got the mushroom appetizer, steak Diane, and pepper steak! Steak Diane is a safe delicious choice. Peppersteak was a bold but incredible combo of flavors! We also got the banana jubilee which was incredible (just make sure to eatfast or all the ice cream melts ????) Read more
