This is downright unacceptable on November 22 of 2022. I had made an online order when the driver dropped off my order I thought... I had ordered a 2 L Pepsi but showed up with a 20 ounce Pepsi. I ran to go out to her car because she was about ready to leaveand said ?hey I?m sorry this was supposed to be a 2 L and I got a 20 ounce? then for her to say ?OK I?ll go grab that for youand be right back,? I waited for her to come back. I called the store only to find out that she had lied saying that I threw thePepsi bottle at her and then they deemed me as an undeliverable address because of her lie instead of just bringing me the 20ounce bottle back and saying this is what you paid for so now I am being charged for some thing that I didn?t receive becausetheir driver wanted to lie about me, saying I threw the bottle at her. Ordered over $60 in wings and melts. They delivered a busted a$$ pizza with no cheese. Didn?t even order pizza. Called the... manager and was told he has to speak with his manager who said he had to speak with his manager. Two days later no call back norefund no communication. My veggie oven baked meal was bland. The topping wasn't melted well, so when you go to scoop out some the whole topping comes... off too. The noodles were hard as well. I didn't have a good meal experience. But the delivery driver was nice and had goodtiming. Read more
Showed up to pick up my carry out order to watch the cook put my order in the warming oven. He told me he wasn?t the front... counter guy? twenty minutes later, five other people in the lobby for the same reason, and some lady with 222 tattooed on herneck finally finished her ?break? only to log someone else in to finally help all of us in the lobby. Super fast service on a Friday night. This is huge when places are suffering from staffing and supply chain issues. Food was... really well done and there were no mistakes. The wings could have used a tad more sauce, but that was a minor issue. Well done! Read more
My daughter ordered 2 pizzas that she picked up. Once she arrived home we discovered one of the pizzas we ordered was incortect.... We ordered a super supreme, but received a cheese pizza. My wife attempted calling to request a return of our payment, becauseafter calling 5 times and being hanged up on she was no longer patient. She held for 25 minutes one call and 10 minutes anothercall. She never got to speak with a live person. Help or no help or that is poor Customer service!! Read more
Rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. I had been waiting 45 minutes past when my pickup was due and the girl I'm the... back just mocked me and ignored me. I've literally never been so disrespected by someone I'm paying money to in my life. I willnever be coming back and highly suggest you never visit this store. I wish I could give -5 stars. food is trash. Wait time isinsane. Staff should be fired and replaced if you don't want to keep losing customers because but the looks of the other reviewshere it seems like I'm not the only one who had an absolutely terrible experience.
