Terrible customer service. Hours say they open at 10am. Came around 11:25. When asked when they opened, was responded to with an... attitude like it was an inconvenience. Maybe update the hours shown online or have a clearly marked sign at your location. Thisis after many attempts on previous occasions to get some pretzels and the location was closed when the hours show they?re open. Read more

Came in the mall mainly for a flavored pretzel. The lady seems to not have time to answer my question when I asked for what... flavors they had. She pointed to the wall that had three flavors. I pointed to a pretze that was already made and said I guessI?ll talk the garlic or that one still pointing at the pretzel. Waited 5 minutes to get a fresh pretzel that was super blandthat was apperently the garlic flavored one when the one I wanted apprerntly was ranch but she never told me that was a flavoroption. Very annoyed that with proper communication things would have been fine but this lady didn?t seem to want to answerquestions. Read more
Went to grab, a pre-cooked pretzel, from Pretzel maker tonight while Christmas shopping at the mall at about 8:40. I was... informed by the employee that they were closed. Sign says 9:00. Awesome. Very expensive... Service was less than. The food wasn't great. I love a good pretzel sadly the dough tasted over... processed. Coupons can be found online. $5.49 for a lemonade slushy about the same price for a pretzel or cup of pretzel bites. Read more
Usually the cleanliness of a place will not affect my overall review if the food is good, like it was here. But this place was... horrific, the most dirty work station I have seen for food preparation. The girl working was sweet and seemed new, but was theonly visible person working. You could tell she was practicing making the pretzels becuase there was a stack of ruined pretzelssitting on the counter. She didn't wear gloves while she made our pretzel right after handling our money. I overall was sofrustrated after waiting for her to ruin one pretzel before we got ours. Very disturbing establishment, we will not be returningto this pretzel store even though it was once a great place to get a mall snack at. Read more
I came to the mall actually to get a smoothie (which I did) but then I noticed this pretzel place and had to stop in. Plus the... smell from far away was just so good I couldn?t resist. I got a pretzel with Parmesan topping and the cheese sauce. It wasdefinitely one of the best pretzels I ever had. I would definitely come back here again and try out some of the other pretzels.They also have pretzel bites and pigs in a blanket made with pretzel buns which would be really good. Yes I am making thisreview longer than it needs to be and adding dorky selfies so that I can get more points for being a Google Maps local guide.???????????
