This place used to be amazing but it?s seriously gone downhill. The portions are smaller than other locations and if you go... within 2 hours of closing, the food is either of out stock for the night or poor quality. This place sucks can't cook rice or beans all the way. Says they closed at 7 on Saturday but I called they were open. Google... says open until 9. It's always someone else's fault with these people. Very poorly run very poorly if you want uncookedincorrect food or to wait almost an hour then have them cancel your order or just mess it up overall. This is your place. Food was good. Like the variety and the many choices of included toppings. I wish they would consider being more sustainable. It... is about time for restaurants to be required to compost left over food and recycle drinks. Also, please use reusable servingbowls, cups and utensils. This visit was for a quick lunch while Christmas shopping. There wasn't a wait but there was plenty of people eating inside. I... love the fact that I got to choose my own protein, cheese, and toppings for a bowl. I chose to eat my bowl without rice, but mydaughter had rice. As you can see the bowls aren't significantly different in size when all the extras are added. It wasdelicious. Try it out if you've never eaten here. Such good food!! Read more

The worst experience ever! Very bad customer service. The staff was so rude acted as if they hated their job. Their hair was so... fly away no hair net or hat. I paid $30 for a burrito and burrito bowl for un fresh cold food! Now take a look at the picturesat how filthy the place is. Really people that's where our food is being prepared just sick!
