This local burger joint lives up to their motto of better beef, better buns, and better burgers. The burgers are well balanced... in terms of size, appearance, composition, handle, texture and flavor. If I were to be petty about, I would say it was a littlebit on the greasy side, especially the fried egg. I applaud the owner's endeavor of giving special importance to theingredients. From grass-fed beef, special buns, to homemade ketchup. There wasn't anything too noticeably whether it wasexceptional or poor service. That would have been a good differentiator. You have to try it at least once! The burger was good and had that great crispy cheese. The green chiles added a nice flavor.... Fries were great as well. Love the big open window with the bar, perfect place to visit when the weather is nice. Read more
Amazing! So fast and fresh. I ordered the Pueblo Farmer, in their unique way....skirted which means cheese. ???? Since I'm... keto, I skipped the bun and opted for a bed of lettuce instead The cashier was wonderful. They offer counter service, not tableservice, in case that matters to you. These burgers are so good. Definitely get the Heifer Sauce on the side! I ordered a custom burger for my first time, which... turned out great! Everything on the menu looks great! Everyone seemed happy with their choices as looked around the restaurant.They can get busy, but worth the wait! Indoor and outdoor seating. Everything about this place was amazing. I'm a cheeseburger guy, I eat burgers everywhere I go. I've eaten them in probably 30... places between Firestone Colorado, Aspen, Pueblo, and Colorado springs. This is top 5. GET THE SKIRT! Great customer service,the fries are awesome and the buns are amazing. Do not pass up a chance to try this place. If you like your burger a certainway, just build your own and tell them you want a skirt. Their heifer sauce is really good too, so taste all of the saucesavailable inside. We were a bit hesitant to go due to the amount of recent low star reviews. We are so happy we decided to check it out! All in... all it was great. You can build a burger or order one off the menu. Prices are easily seen on the menu! *Fries DO NOT come withadult burgers, so ensure you order them if you want them!!** The gluten free burger was fantastic! The regular burger with thecheese skirt was also amazing (so I'm told) and my kiddo loved the kids meal burger! It was super fun We were able to getdifferent sodas as well. Recommend for the family! I had the skirted bacon cheeseburger. I found it more novelty than anything. The patty was too thin for my liking but I enjoy... the fresh ingredients and focaccia bun. The crispy cheese skirt wasn't too overwhelming. I am not usually a fry person but Ireally liked theirs. The homemade sauces were a nice touch. I liked the unique sodas that were offered. It was a nice change ofpace. Lastly I ate there cookie ice cream sandwich. It was very good, however, I found the cookie a little hard and dry. Overallgreat experience and concept. Read more
The Burgers ???? are good and the sodas are great.. there fries and dipping sauce are very good also. The line was long but the... food cones out pretty quick. The only thing wrong is the venue it's self is kinda small.. but other then that I recommend thisgreat burger joint.. Read more
