I asked for a simple drink. Almond Chai, no foam, extra hot. I got the Almond Chai part...full of foam and room temperature. I... stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes after they handed me my drink, so I could ask them to make it correctly - and not oneperson even made eye contact with me. Standing there. Looking at them. Not one person even acknowledged that I was there. Therewere only 2 customers in the entire place, and 1 car in the drive thru. Pricing is too much for what they offer. They need more specials like the $5 Fridays. There are better tasting shops for lower... pricing on food and drinks. Read more
I had given up on Starbucks until I started getting my coffee here. About a year ago caramel macchiatos started tasting bland,... I think it was the caramel they started using. Then I started getting other drinks like white mochas, salted caramel mochas, orfrappecinos but it was always hit or miss, and when they were 'good' they were still just okay. This place never fails me. Anything I get is amazing, full of flavor and you can actually taste the coffee. I actually like the caramel macchiatos theretoo. The staff is always great and it is convenient so going there is a no brainer for me. I wish all Starbucks served theircoffee like this place. Read more

I attempted to order a large iced vanilla chai latte without ice. Bianca tells me "I'm not allowed to give you no ice, I can... give you light ice". I said "you can, I've had it here before." She says "Its not offered here". I said "it is, it comes outcold already, all you have to do is mix it up, you know what never mind I'll go to the other one. Please hire people thatactually want to work and if you are actually worried about the amount of product being used vs the cost....shame on you. Read more
