They are THE BEST. They always know me, say hi to my dog, and have really great conversation with me in the drive thru. Snowing,... hailing, windy, or if the world was on fire they still always make me feel so welcome and put real care into their drinks. Thisis the only location I go to now because they are so good at what they do I am totally fine sitting in a line to talk to them.10/10, and I?d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!!!!!!!!! Read more
This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to! They are very quick and efficient, even when the line extends out to the street.... I am a regular and they all know me by name and have my usual order memorized. They are all very nice and have excellentcustomer service! My only complaint is that sometimes (not very often at all) they do not fill the cup all the way to the topwhen I order a mocha. This happens so seldomly that it honestly doesn't bother me that much. I?ve given this location A chance far too many times this morning I went in for a cold brew pumpkin spice and when I question... the girl at the window and told her it doesn?t look anything like The specific drink I ordered she said ha ha OK so then I droveoff thinking well maybe it is nope it was completely bitter tasted like garbage and hate that I just spent close to six bucksand a drink that?s bitter and nasty. Possibly the best Starbucks in the world. The staff is always super fast and very personable. My wife and I have never had an... issue with our coffee, ever, and we frequent at least once a week. One time there was a bit of a wait and the coffee was free :)If you see a bad review here I would be highly, highly doubtful there wasn't more to the story! Read more
I come to this Starbucks once or twice a week and have never had an issue, but today I ordered 2 lattes and when I got back to... work I noticed they felt light. I took the lids off and the cups are only half full. I basically paid for 2 tall lattes in agrande cup. Read more
