I love subway!!! EAT FRESH they say and I totally agree! Their food always tastes fresh and they've even added some new fun... actual menu items which is cool. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the sandwiches they are making. And ofcourse the cookies are always a hit for me! Keep it up!!! Read more
3 out of my last 4 orders have been wrong. I called up to the store the last 2 times. They put my name on a list and I was told... a manager would call me and next time I come in they would make my sandwich for free. None of those things happened. Done withSubway completely at this point. Read more
If you order online or go through the drive through, they won?t make your food until everyone Inside has been helped, even when... your order was in before they got to the store! Horrible customer service! Wait times have been 15-20 minutes anytime we?ve beenhere. Maybe you should take the approach of every other food joint, one for one, one customer in store, one online or drive thethrough customer. It?s been this way for to long, unfortunately this is the only Subway close to us. But we won?t be going backeither way. Todays wait in the drive though was 24 minutes with one in store customer and one drive though in front of us. Nothanks. Read more
Worse Subway franchise in town. Did a mobile order and thought I could go through the drive through. The drive though ignored me... and then I parked and went in well after the food was supposed to be ready. They hadn't even started making it yet and I watchedsomeone walk in, get their sandwich order, get their food and leave. This location is awful and I will never come here again. Read more
Genuinely one of the worst fast-food experiences I?ve had in a while. I used the drive though touch screen and ordered a salad,... a kids meal, three cookies, and an egg sandwich flatbread. The salad was tiny, covered in 12 slices of cold bologna(?) and hadno dressing. They completely forgot the ?meal? portion of the kids meal. Just the kids sandwich, which was untoasted, and had atiny amount of sandwich fillings. The egg sandwich was ice cold, like the eggs had just come out of the freezer. Again, no sauce(which was requested). The cookies were the wrong kind, I was charged the wrong amount, and I sat in the drive though for 20+minutes. I wasn?t even given a receipt, so I couldn?t challenge the mistakes. Absurd. Read more
This store is a literal joke!! It cant be for real. They havent ever gotten an order right for us. I ordered a BLT and I was... given something with pepperoni and other deli meat. Maybe a new team at this subway would be a smart idea since the onecurrently employed is very incompetent. Read more
This is my second time going to this location in 2 days and the quality of the product going out is terrible. Yesterday when the... worker asked what I wanted in the sandwich I said Spinach and he proceeded to put Ranch Dressing on. Today I ordered I Tuna andasked for extra pickles and extra olives. Barely any Tuna on the sandwich and like 7 pickles and very few olives. Avoid thislocation if you want a good meal. Read more
Was good only thing was is there were 2 girls working and one girl went outside to smoke and left the other girl to make my 3... sandwiches which obviously I don't blame her but my sandwich got burned. She called the other girl to come back in and shedidn't. Just ignored her and made the poor girl finish the sandwiches on her own. The sandwiches were great except one beingburnt. To the girl who made our sandwiches thank you so much. To the other girl you need to step your game up honey smoke afterthe costumer is gone not in the middle of starting to make our first sandwich. That's all again thank you to the one girl youdid amazing but shame on the other one who ignored her and went out to smoke. Read more
