I usually enjoy Subway sandwiches. I ordered the number one Philly cheese steak, toasted. The prices went up which I can... understand but the sandwich was so thin the lettuce that they had out was turning brown, the pickle olives and onion bins werevery low. Went into the store with my wife at approximately 4 o?clock today Thursday, November 10 and two people are behind the counter... neither employee acknowledged us. A girl came in from outside walked right past us never acknowledged us either. whoever ownsthe store you may want to revamp your staff maybe it was only 2 foot long do you lost today but times that over the course ofthe eight hour day in a week in a month in a year and not one person was in the store to be waited on as a customer except forus to pretty weak very disappointing walked out Read more

They were 15 minutes late on my mobile order. 3 people working. 8:10 PM ona today. No other customers in the store while i was... waiting. 1 person was making sandwiches. The other 2? One was taking out trash. The other was in the back doing something.Good thing the customer is a strong priority here. The guy was nice and gave me a cookie for my trouble. They only had 1 worker at this location at lunchtime on a Saturday. 4 customers were waiting in the lobby while mobile orders... were also needing to be b prepared. This location seems to be too understaffed to operate effectively. Read more

I came in for a doordash order. The employee says he doesn't see the order rudely and to contact "them" which I'm assuming he... meant doordash and didnt address me after. They told me the order was confirmed. The employee completely ignored me so Icouldn't ask him to make the order if i read it to him. Just because I don't work there or a customer doesn't give him the rightto treat me however he wishes. I had to leave. This needs to be handled better in the future. Read more

We just ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and were under the impression that they were supposed to be made to order. That?s not... what we got we ask for extra lettuce and tomato which we didn?t get on our sandwiches and where shorted on the bacon on the BLTsYOUR FIRED we will make it our self or go to one of your competitors before we order a sandwich from you again. If this is howyou handle on line orders you should lock the doors and send your employees there pink slips shame on you for treating us thisway.
