By far the greatest Subway I?ve ever been to. In addition to always being clean, the staff is friendly and prompt, and the only... drawbacks are shared by all Subway locations, such as occasional bread/supply shortage. Can?t expect much more quality orconsistency than this from any restaurant, let alone a Subway. Easily 5/5 Oh, also, the drive-thru touch screen is very hard topress and could probably use maintenance/tweaking. My 1st time ordering here, and I ordered white bread, but got a burnt, hard bread instead.
The employees are very rude ,I'm a regular customer there and I order the same thing all the time and recently I went order the... monster and they forgot the most simple thing which was cheese ,I was working that day called up there because I didn't havetime to go back and the lady on the phone was very rude didn't apologize or offer anything to fix my situation. A Subway with a drive thru! The future has arrived! Now, it's important to note that the drive thru for Subway does take longer... than is usually expected for the format. But really, that's understandable. They're making your sandwiches custom once youorder. It's going to take a minute, unlike most fast food restaurants, which are just slapping together a standard product withsome minor variations. The wait is about the same as you experience ordering in the store, it's just more noticeable becauseyou're sitting in your car instead of watching them make the food. Additionally, the electronic ordering board contributes,since they can't start on your order until you finish specifying everything, whereas inside you provide specifics as you go.That said, this order mechanism is the best option available for this kind of drive thru, since it lets you specify exactly whatyou want without a risk of miscommunication. None of this is meant to criticize Subway or the people working there. The food isas good as ever, the service is prompt, I have no complaints, and my rating stands at 5/5. But, any potential customers shouldbear in mind that it's just not as fast as the fast food drive thrus you're used to are, but it can't be if they're still goingto give you the same quality of Subway as you'd expect. Big store. Lots of seating inside. Not the standard subway look with the booths. Nice, clean, and modern. I had the new... keto bread called Hero bread. I thought it was really good. It's a bit dense. But I did get mine toasted. 52g fiber, 24gprotein. This bread is being tested in 4 cities. Colorado springs is one of them. PS.. more expensive than other subways Read more
Wow this place is amazing!!! Have never seen a Subway with a drive thru before! I however went inside to stretch my legs. I was... super impressed with the interior, super clean and very modern looking. The manager was very friendly and upbeat. She made methe best sandwich ever you can tell love was added. I wish I had more experiences anywhere like I had with her, so delightful!My only regret is I was only here cuz I passed through on my way to Denver but if I ever have the opportunity I'll absolutely beback to this location.
