I love this location, great staff and good service. I always come to this one specifically because Alicia works here and she is... my favorite! She is the reason I keep coming back, she is so helpful and kind and I always have a great experience when I comein and she is working! When I go here during the day the employees are usually great. However, I went tonight and waited in the lobby for almost 30... minutes for them to get my order wrong. There was a long drive through line so I came inside to the lobby hoping for fasterservice. But it seemed like they served the whole entire drive through first. When my order was finally ready I said thank youand I didn't get a word back, not even eye contact. It just seemed like the employees didn't care. I understand it gets busy andmistakes get made but you could at least respond to the customer when thet speak to you. Read more
I love the people who work here. Seriously I?m here about every other day and have never had a bad experience. The food is... great, the staff is great and always friendly to me and my family. I?m not naming specific people because I don?t remember allthe names and I mean it, EVERY staff member I think deserves recognition for their hard work. 3.4 stars? idk why people havegiven this location that. It?s fast food, orders get messed up but that?s no reason to give them such slow rating. It?s thedifficult customers who are doing that and it?s a shame. 9/4/22. 10:20. Came up to drive thru and tried to order a party pack. The staffed refused to take the order because there were... short staffed (only three working the night). Then said they will only make 6 tacos at most and I need to line up again if Iwanted more. The stupidity of the logic failure left me speechless. Waited, stuck in line for 20 minutes just to leave theplace without an order. This is a franchise, right? Owner, take notice. Read more
I just love when i order food and only get half the order while I?m in the drive thru and still pay full price for everything i... order. This place literally just stealing money from people that?s just awesome. Had a large order of three party packs, three chalupas, a steak quesadilla, and a crunch wrap for a birthday. The staff were... incredibly rude(giving us dirty looks and making nasty comments), they did the order sloppily (where the crunchy food wascrushed and barely any filling), and shorted us three tacos. I'm sure corporate would have been ashamed of the unprofessionalatmosphere which is probably why they didn't give us our receipt to do the survey. Definitely not going there for taco bellanymore. What you can expect from this outstanding service that clearly shows amazing Management material. Tacos so hard they're clearly... 5 days old im sure they are well withing health code. What I love the most is how the price of the product keeps rising whilethe quality of the employed keeps falling. This place is a joke. Read more
I just went through the drive through & got the best customer service you could ask for especially for someone just taking your... order. I get my food & knew it was gonna be good. Get home & it is the best food I?ve ever gotten from Taco Bell. So I had tocall & get the names & it was Stephanie that made my food & Jose that took my order. 10/10 Read more
