@tacobell hello 390 N Union Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 Taco Bell has closed their lobby at noon. Been waiting for my food... for about an hour? is this acceptable? The manager behind the counter was incredibly rude to every customer in the lobby. Theyrefused to check people out at the registers and made them use the kiosk. 5 folks working. 1 table with people already eating. No one in drive thru. Took 5 full minutes for someone to take my order.... Then another 8 minutes to receive one pizza with no beans. So much for fast food. The pic isn?t mine but duplicate of what Ireceived. A raging cold mess. Read more

Out of the leftovers that are fast food restaurants Tuesday, I think Taco Bell is one of the best. They've managed to maintain... the same quality even through the pandemic. Sure it's fast food, so the bar isn't real high to be honest, but if you have achoice I'd likely pick taco bell Read more

I ordered and even on the receipt it says no tomatoes on taco or Nacho BellGrande but for some reason I got extra tomatoes? At... least it was fresh. Read more

Paid mobile order to go. Sat in drive through for 50 minutes. Finally go around drive through to go inside. They tell me they... can't get me my food and if I want it I need to go back through the drive through. They also cant refund me my order. Tell me ifI go back through the drivethru it will be another 20 minutes at least. So they stole an hour of my time and the money I paid onmy order. Horrible service. Read more

Used to love this Taco Bell. They?re now as slow as the others in town. Waited more than 30 minutes for my food. People who came... in after me got their food before me. They had about 5 workers at the time and the drive through was empty and there was onlyever about 5 customers inside so not an issue of staffing. Didn?t apologize for the delay. Read more

This review is more like 2.5 Stars out of 5 I do not like leaving negative reviews but sometimes it is necessary especially for... other clients and upper management/owners of this location to see. If you plan to go to this place, you have the best chance ofgetting your food through the drive-thru. It will also be faster since the employees there seem to prioritize drive-thru orders.The times that I have visited this location (the most recent today 08/08) there is no one at the counter and the employees justtell you to order on the self-ordering kiosks. Mobile/App orders also do not get priority since I placed my order through theapp and waited 10 minutes before going in to pick it up (this is to give them time to prepare it) but when went in to checkup onthe status of my order, the employee I spoke to said there was no order with my name in the system and to wait a bit to see ifit showed up. To keep things simple I ended up waiting an additional 25+ minutes for my order of 4 things to be ready. Just whenI was about to walk out they called my name. Unfortunately they only gave me 2 out my 4 items but I did not bring it up or sayanything since it would have probably led to me spending more time there so I just left. The quality of the food is alsosuffering since everything seems to be prepared really fast with not much attention to quality. While I was there, I saw a fewpeople leave including a lady who had been there for sometime before me who told me she spent her lunch break waiting and endedup leaving without any food (she ordered from the kiosks). It was sad to see, I almost offered her some of my order. I know thatmany businesses are suffering right now due to the lack of employees and having limited staff but if you plan on being open thenyou should refocus your resources on what you can handle. I usually never leave review under fast food places but the service of the blonde cashier with glasses was impeccable! They rang... me up quickly but still found time to ask about my day and make conversation. Definitely a memorable employee. A 5 stars fromme. Read more
