Want to be served Slop? Go to this South Academy and Hancock Expressway Taco Bell. You can also get the fine privilege of paying... for this thrown together slop and tipping a Door Dash driver $7.00 and on up to deliver it right up the street to your house.They will take a stacked order or two first though and THEN deliver to your house that was only a mile away, cold and soggy. Allfor only $29.07 for a Slop Mexican Pizza, 2 Slop Soft Taco Supremes, a Slop Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, Okayish FiestaPotatoes that seem microwaved, and a Dirt-Tasting Pepsi that tastes like they haven't cleaned out the soda lines since 1980. Oryou can drive there yourself and get the same Slop. My Advice? Save yourself the trouble and drive to Academy Park Loop TacoBell, just a little bit further up north and get a much better meal, hot, safe, and with nice workers. Read more
Been coming here for years, i understand covid caused alot of staffing issues and wait times have increased (down for waiting,... doesnt really bother me) but this experience had to be the worse! Orded the Grilled Cheese Burrito Deluxe Box and the #1 (tacoSupreme combo). Items were missing out of box thats whatever. Had them remake a DLT W/Sour cream and instead just got a regulartaco Supreme but barely anything in it, and mind you it was a remake. The #1 had little to nothing in all the tacos and had themremade but after checking remake, they all had a penny size dab of sourcream in each taco and remember they were *TACO SUPREMES,NOT REGULAR LOL*. They made me pull around to the front for a single burrito, ?because they had to make the eggs fresh? ? Upon opening the bag,... the burrito is literally cold to the touch, and have NO eggs in them. Genuinely just a potato, cheese, and bacon burrito. That ipaid too much money for and had to wait entirely too long for. Please never waste a second at this place. Read more
Staff: 5/5 Great staff who tries their best to make your order on time and apologize for misorder. Food: 1/5 made incorrectly... at least once each time I go here. Chips are stale. Burritos and tacos have minimal ingredients. They?ve been out of chickenand black beans and anything else taco related for the most part. Not their fault for lack of ingredients but still, should atleast try to make the food correct and full of proper ingredients. Read more
They?re better off just tearing this place down and even firing the whole staff. It?s absolutely insane EVERYTIME I come. Over... 40 minutes for two chalupas and one crunch wrap ? then they forgot the Cinnabons and drinks. Food looks like they just threw itin the bag. No joke most ingredients wasn't even in the tortilla . And to top it off the box was wet for who knows what reason. Gross! ... Wasn't even worth the drive back. What in the actual F is this? Quesadilla burnt to a crisp with nothing inside it. Tastes like pure char. Mexican pizza has a... dark red sauce on it that I?ve never seen before and taste like chemicals. Neither of these items were edible whatsoever.
