I would not leave any stars if it was an option. I don't typically leave negative reviews for a business, however the staff at... this location has no sense of providing orders in a timely manner. I placed a small order through the app at 5:27 with a pick uptime of 6:00. I arrived slightly prior to 6pm and waited an additional 25 minutes past the scheduled order completion time asrequested. Looking over the counter into the kitchen, the staff was moving at a glacial pace with no sense of urgency. Therewere many customers in the dining area waiting for their orders in addition to mine. I understand many businesses are shortstaffed and some of the employees may have been in training, but after multiple visits to this location, it is evident that thisstore does not care about the quality of the people they hire. The manager did nothing to direct the employees or motivate themto complete orders in a timely fashion. Multiple orders were missing items, including mine. After one or two YOU would thinkthey would not want to keep messing up. Another example of management not doing their job. If you can avoid this location, doit. Read more

Receiving the food was very slow (well over 10 minutes), but the temperature and quality of the food was decent. The ice maker... in the self-service fountain was broken and the drinks were not cold, but the staff was aware of it and preemptively givingcustomers ice when they gave them their cups. Overall, I've had better service and better food at this Taco Bell before - todaywas an off day. Read more

My wife bought two steak power bowl, extra steak. Paid for the food, and we got 1 or two tiny slices and she got barely any... rice. There is obviously no management or anyone supervising these kids make a simple bowl. To add double steak cheesy burritohad no filling. It is just tortilla. Literally wasted 25$?. Is disgusting you paying for a meal, and not getting it. It is nodifference as stealing. Disappointing. Read more

This Taco Bell location does an excellent job. They got my order filled correctly and quickly. It does (understandably) get... crowded with the lunch time crowd, but they still were getting orders done quickly. The store is clean, and new-looking, thestaff are friendly and pleasant. Read more

They did pretty good, though they could've been a little quicker. Regardless, cashier was pleasant, food was hot and they made... sure not to put any nasty onions on my bean burritos. Gotta say, I still love their bean burritos-brings back great memoriesfrom high school when me and my friends would cram a bunch of us into someone's car and head to Taco Bell at lunch. At thetime,(and I know this is going to date me big time)Bean burritos and tacos were 59 cents, so you could fill your self up prettygood for $2! To Taco Bell's credit, the bean burritos are just as good quality wise as they were then, which I unfortunatelycan't say about all fast food franchises. Kudos to the ???? ???? Read more

Worst Experience, if this could be rated no stars it would be. Took 50 minutes to get take out from the counter inside, which... was missing items which took another 10 minutes for 2 Mexican Pizzas. The Pizzas are so lack luster with not evenly spreadingredients or hardly any of some. Get home and find out 2 of the soft tacos we customized were wrong. They didn't have Largelids, which they haven't had for almost a month or they go out so fast. The manager that was on duty was helping on the line buthonestly, we watched as 3-6 people canceled their order with a 30-45 min wait. The male manager also was speaking to anothercustomer who had been waiting 45 minutes and he said he was doing 1 ticket from the drive thru then 1 for the lobby, which tellsme they do not know how to handle a rush. Managers should know how to expedite and check for accuracy, also most of the lineworkers I could visibly see not caring about what they put out as the just rushed through it. The ENTIRE staff needs to beretrained and the stores manager needs to be fired for the absolute lack of knowing how to make sure you have plenty of anyitem in stock, not trying to cook their books for a bonus from corporate. Most of the Taco bells in Colorado Springs are thisway, it is because managers hire teenagers who are not taught correctly and also not disciplined for doing somethingincorrectly. 0/5 Stars would not recommend any Taco Bell in Colorado Springs until they all are completely overhauled with staffthat can handle the demands. Really enjoy Taco Bell but this location has been disappointing on a few occasions due to its slowness and inaccurate execution.... Ordered through the mobile app for drive thru pickup. Simple order: taco party pack (6 soft and 6 hard tacos) and a chickenquesadilla. I checked in my order at the speaker and then waited another 30 minutes before I got my food. When I got home andopened the order, the quesadilla had no chicken and the tacos had only meat and cheese. No lettuce. Additionally, the hard tacoshells were soft and the soft taco shells were hard. I understand many restaurants are short staffed but this location had 6workers that were all huddled near the drive thru pickup window hanging out. Word of caution: if you do go here be prepared towait awhile and definitely check your order before you depart from the pickup window. Read more

Overall, a positive experience. Expect a long wait in the drive through. The food was tasty and the customer service was... friendly enough. Not sure why, but the wait was long - there were only 4 cars in front of me but it took about 20 minutes to getmy food. Also, a heads up on the drive through design. Cars end up backing up into the road and other cars drive around them toget by. dangerous and I saw a few near-hits between incoming traffic. Read more
