The first thing said to me when I walked through the door as was you can order on the kiosk. Once I placed my order I sat down... and it took 15 minutes to get a Mexican pizza and two tacos. There was only one other person ahead of me. Definitely not afriendly group there was trash on the floor and this is definitely not fast food. I went on September 17 at 11:30 AM. Stopped in for a quick bite, we had great response from Ken, who was working on his day off, after discovering our order wasn't... fully correct. I have gone here quite a few times since it is near my house. I would say about half the time they mess up my order, but I come... back because it is conveniently close. Today, not only did they get my order wrong, there was plastic in one of my burritos. Iasked for no lettuce on one item and no onion on the other, and both times had the stuff I did not want in them. Then I?mchewing my other not messed up burrito and pull a piece of plastic out of my mouth. I am appalled that this is the type ofservice that is acceptable. Read more
I wish I could give negative stars. This was a great location, sadly has gone down hill far. Very dirty None of my items were... correct The items I received were missing meat or not portioned correct Beens we're dry There was a strange taste also Possiblysomething on a workers hands, seasoning food or something was old. There customer service is also very lacking ofprofessionalism The standard for taco bell may not be extremely high but this experience brought it to an ultimate low. Read more
This place needs minus five stars and a serious health inspection. We didn't even eat here or enter beyond the lobby. The door... handle was so grimy it looked like something off a bus station floor. The entry way appeared to maybe have been swept and moppednot since the 80's and the inner door window was disgusting. Hand prints, smears of who knows what, when was the last time itwas even wiped? Absolutely filthy. I don't want to know what the kitchen looked like. We turned around, used an elbow to pushthe door open and left. I'm so done with Taco Bell. They've really went down hill. Even before the pandemic they started to getlazy, cheap on value, badly made food and the surfaces are gross and they're way out of touch with their customers. This used to be a really good Taco Bell they used to be quick and accurate and polite and now it?s just a freaking train wreck.... If you are a delivery driver stay very far away from this Taco Bell. This restaurant is officially blacklisted for me because onso many occasions I have shown up they have told me they are working on the order 15 minutes later they say they still have noteven started the order and I?ve just wasted close to 30 minutes of my working shift losing a ton of money sitting around waitingfor nothing. My burritos are always wrapped perfectly, like they have a burrito magician on call 24/7, perfectly wrapping burritos in the... back. My food is always hot and fresh and correct. I love this location. The cashiers are lovely as well. I hope the photo ihave attached can accurately display how perfect this burrito is wrapped.
