Fast service with a genuine smile. I got a recommendation on coffee which I appreciated and took. I enjoyed the flavored coffee... immensely. The bathroom was extremely clean as was the dining area. I could see that the food preparation area was kept cleanand organized as well. This is a rare fast food place that I give a perfect score for cleanliness--which in my opinion is themost important factor of all in my decision to frequent a restaurant again. I like the modern design this restaurant shareswith a couple other newly built or remodeled Taco Bell's. Especially the bright cheerful color scheme. Read more

So, I?ve never left a 1 star review for a taco bell, but I don?t even know what to say about this one. The employees were... friendly, but other than that I had my worst experience I?ve had at a taco bell. I got my food on 11/16 at around 8pm and the mydrink cup was split down the side leaking everywhere as it was handed to me. It was no big deal and I just transferred it to adifferent cup. When I got home however, my nacho fries were half full and they tasted stale and old. None of my modificationswere correct and I had random items I didn?t order in the bag as well. Not a single thing tasted like it should?ve but Ishrugged it off and ate it anyways. I definitely shouldn?t have. This is the first taco bell to have ever given me foodpoisoning. Love taco bell, not this location, somethings wrong here. Read more

The manager put cold food in my order. Had to return to the store was not offered any type of courtesy for the inconvenience... except to replace the two items. Spoke to another manager who lacked management skills and she refused to offer a drink andcreated a huge deal over cinnamon twist. The district manager was there asked to speak to the manager on duty or the districtmanager of the lady in the window claim to have been a manager and with attitude gave cinnamon twists that were also not freshand cold. Let's not forget she slammed the window. Read more

Honestly I went here before and it was horrible but that was months ago. I gave it another try and it's worse. They sloppily... toss food together. I wish I'd taken a picture of that. They forget ingredients. The picture is of a crunch wrap supreme andthere is no filling for over half the food. I had to have a taco remade and the guy literally threw it around. The quesadillawasn't cut. Read more

Went in to get a pizza took a bite and it tasted burnt. Test it all the ingredients everything tasted fine but the shell. Went... in to get it replaced was hassled and asked what they had done to it, I told him that it tasted burnt and they must have burnedit. After having to talk to the manager they finally made me a new one that tastes just as bad. Clean your fries vats! $4.50down the drain! Read more

This is the closest Taco Bell to my place so it?s the easiest to go to. I don?t know what happened recently but it?s like... they?re not even trying. I don?t think I?ve had a single order right in a month. I?d say I got once or twice a week since I worklate and it?s close. Every time I?ve asked for no sour cream, it?s always there. My Crunchwrap consistently comes with tomatoesand sour cream even when asked for none. My girlfriends light sour cream quesorito is more like extra sour cream. And for somereason there?s some kind of sauce and chicken(?) wiped onto the side of my soft taco? Like what is going on. All while the younglady working the window tried to charge us, we had a mobile order so we already paid, and then tried to give us the wrongdrinks/wrong order. They won?t even answer the phone to make the order right. It?s ridiculous. At this point it?s worth it todrive 5 more minutes up Academy to go to the one on Austin Bluffs Read more

Horrible experience. I would not recommend, any other location is better. I ordered five tacos and three burritos. Was only... given tacos. Had to back through drive-thru and had to explain in detail that I did not receive three items. I was give just oneburrito.. after going inside I was told that I would have to pay for the missing burritos. Also if the five tacos, only two werecorrect. Read more

I worked at Taco Bell when I was 16, so my expectations are very low when I go to one. This location is just so consistently... terrible that it?s actually become part of the experience. I still don?t know if this is a real restaurant or a recurring feverdream. I?ve waited 45 minutes for a couple tacos, only to be told they are out of ingredients. I don?t think my order has been100% correct even a single time. There?s always trash and half eaten meals in the parking lot (great if you?re into birdwatching). There?s usually enough scraps on the tables to make your own taco, so it?s kinda like a freebie! Watched the owner orgm or whoever she was berate one of the employees who actually was trying to clean the lobby, for not using the right color ofpaper towels. That was kinda sad, but absolutely fits the trend. I?m convinced they get new staff every day, I?ve never seen thesame face twice, probably because yesterdays employees need therapy after working here. I highly recommend going here, not forthe food, certainly not for the convenience, but because it?s a solid character building experience. If this was counseling, I?dprobably give it 5 stars. But it?s not, this is a Taco Bell. And as a fast food restaurant, it?s absolutely awful. Read more
