I actually just had the singular greatest taco bell dining experience that I've ever had at this restaurant. The food was... perfect, my allergy was respected, and the crew really knew how to work together. I wish other area taco bells were as good asthis. Read more
2 weeks ago waited 25 minutes in the drive through, told to pull up and order would be brought out. Waited another 7 minutes ,... and when order was brought out, they forgot the coffee. Waited another 5 for coffee, walked in and coffee machine wasn't evenworking. Got a refund on the drink. In total around 35 minutes and no drink. Read more
The GM of this Taco Bell is an absolute angel. Our food was made with love and care. So tasty. She helped us pick a good item... from the menu and reminded us that Taco Bell has Baja blasts. Great experience and service. We will be back. Read more
Incredibly slow drive through like over 25 minutes. We waited in the line for 20 at least and then they didn?t even know what we... ordered and had us pull up and wait even longer. Worst one I?ve been to in all of Colorado Springs by far. Read more
Worst service ever. We have had problems with this location the last few times we have gone there. This time they completely... dropped the ball. They messed up both of our box meals. They also completely messed up my sons order. He is a picky eater so hecould not eat what was made. They also forgot our order of Cinnabon. When I called to let them know and see if I could come backto get it fixed I was informed that they could not fix it without a managers approval and that there was not a manager at therestaurant. So I asked what I was suppose to do and I was told that pretty much I had to keep 40 dollars worth of food I didn'torder. The guy on the phone took my name and number and told me a manager would call me asap to ether remake my order or refundit. I never received a call. I called back the next day and was treated like I was trying to scam the store. We will never eatat this location again. Read more
Worst taco bell I have ever been to and its my first time to this location. The food was disgusting. The lady was yelling from... over the counter and nobody heard a thing she said. Please get better people and better food. Wish I could put half a star. Read more
Who ever heard of a national chain of fast food restaurants owned by a conglomerate like PepsiCo that CLOSES OFF their indoor... dining room areas, and LIMITS their ordering to only drive-thru online pickup in cities like Colorado Springs without notice???WHO does that? You guessed it... Taco Bell does. There are plenty of options (alas- all of them acceptable and respected) forhiring people or bringing them in from other locations. I'm not complaining because I needed my fast food and couldn't have any:my boss wanted me to go to Taco Bell for their dinner because it's an easy location to get to... and the person working thedrive thru made me low-crawl through the app twice just to get the order right and get the credit card in right (oh and theyonly accept Google Pay!!!) which took 45 min. There are so many other WAY better choices available, America. Let's close thisabomination down for good. They don't respect you, at all. Read more
