Doesn't deserve a whole star. This was our first visit. Never again. $23 plate of food, unacceptable. Photo below. Returned to... kitchen, removed from ticket. No offer from anyone to make it right. Poor customer service- slow, incompetent, almost nonexistent wait staff. My grandson got his glass of water just before we left. Was forced to pay tip of almost $34 due to size oftable. Was not earned by far! Thankful everyone else at my table had an acceptable meal. Sad that customers don't mean that muchto you. In my day owners, managers and staff took pride in offering the best of themselves. Is that plate of food the best ofYOU? Don't bother with replying, I've been in customer service since 1980. Went to Texas T-bone 8/7/22 for the 1st time. The food was really good, or server was very friendly, and funny, but did not come... around to our table enough. My BIGGEST gripe was they have a "Dinner for two" option. I did not bring my glasses and was underthe impression that dinner for 2 means 2 meals, 1 price. That's how it works EVERYWHERE else they offer a dinner for 2 deal. Wegot our bill, and was told that it's $34 for each person?! THIS IS NOT OK, IT'S VERY MISLEADING! If I was aware it was $34 perperson, I would have ordered something else, as everything on the menu was in the $30 range. I'll never go back! ???? Read more

We used to go to the S. Academy ore-pandemic, but this one remains. We enjoy the value of the meals. Huge customized salads,... tasty rolls and sweet cinnamon butter to be enjoyed pre-meal. The steaks have good flavor, but could be trimmed better. Mary,the sweet owner, visited us and thanked us for choosing them. Outdoor seating was a plus! Read more

I ate at Famous Dave BBQ two to three times this year, all great. Today I tried their ribeye steak from the Texas T-Bone... Steakhouse's menu and I think - there needs to be some persuasion from the grate to the plate. There were quite a bit of fatson that cut which should be properly trimmed before thrown in that grill, the serving of the steak in a silver platter, and thetwo side dishes in the dishes on top of that platter was not very deliberative. The plate even moved while I was trying to cutthe meat. It feels like the presentation should glorify the steak (as one is really paying for the meat) and not thesubsidiary. The hostess was friendly and our server was pretty attentive and there was good privacy for the seating. Althoughthe food was average but I was having a great time with co-workers. Hope to have a better experience for the next visit. Read more

We are from out of town meeting up with family members. We wanted to eat at a steakhouse that we didn't have back home in... Georgia. We were told this place is great. I ordered a salad as a side and it came out in a massive bowl. Easily big enough for3 people to eat. The steak was amazing. It didn't need any sauce, but I always use sauce. I literally had no complaints withthis experience. This place actually has 2 restaurants in one. A steak house and a BBQ place. Give it a try. Read more

We went for a special occasion and while the server was attentive and awesome the food,specifically the T-bones were full of... fat, which in my opinion, should have been trimmed better. When you're paying over $30 for a piece of meat I expect better.Disappointed to say the least...???? Read more
