The customer service at this location is something that needs to be improved upon. Making your customer feel as if they are... inconveniencing you by doing your job, is not it. Ordered 3 large frostys, requested a drink carrier. Found out the carrier given does not hold the frostys as soon as the gas was... pushed. Spilled everywhere and was difficult to drive home managing the frosties. Was dissatisfied the carrier did not performso called the location, manager LIED and said the drive thru person passed the info on that the drink carrier would not work.Now even more upset and needing this fixed was told a return trip tonight,and only tonight, would net me 3 Junior frostys. Thisis a second lie. Write down my grievance in a book for me to come on my time and any manager could fix. Or did you not want apaper trail of this terrible customer service? I cant write on the Wendy's books but can on google. Will not return to Wendy's. Read more

Today, I go through the drive throught and when I pulled up to the window they headed me a bag of cold food. I told the cashier... that I want Fresh made to order food and I wanted to order and supper bags. The guy tells me it's is fresh but the food wascold. The young lady preparing the food took the old food out then pretended to put fresh fries in the bag but was putting thesame old fries back in. I saw this is asked for a manager the manager was standing right there, I asked him to make the food because she was putting old fries ???? back into the bag ???? plus she was putting her fingers inside the cartridge Instead ofholding the fries from the bottom. The manager called me a liar and she didn't do that because he to was watching her. I toldhim to replay the cameras. He then said there is no cameras pointing in her direction which I could see for myself their were.He then said he wasn't going to argue with me. I then asked for his name and the store number. He said his name was Trent andhe lied about this about the store number. I'm guessing he lied about his name as well. I asked for a receipt and he said themachine was down. I then asked him to write it down, he then told me he didn't have a pen. When I tried to give him a pen hethen said...I WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING FROM YOU!! Him the the entire staff was rude and disrespectful, plus my food was stillnasty cold.????????. I will write a formal complaint with the company and the GM this type of service and behavior isunacceptable. Read more

I loved my experience at Wendy's it was only breif, but they were very accomodating of having 2 orders through the drive... through, and they also were willing to make me a strawberry chocolate frosty which was really delicious! no complatints from me! Read more

This was hardly the fresh hamb & fries I've eaten at a lot of locations. Bottom bun was hard and it wasn't from being roasted on... the grill. Fries taste like they were deep fried 3 times. Greasy and old. I asked for no onions and no mayo, which he repeatedback to me so I know he heard. I got both! Costly disappointing stop. Won't go there again! Read more

I was there about 2:30 today. I needed to pick up a single for my grandson and an iced coffee for my son. I went through the... drive thru and after ordering I found I left my wallet out of my purse on my bed. I tried the auto tap pay feature on my phonebut was unsuccessful. These kind folks gave me my order free of charge. Once I came back home, I called and spoke to themanager, ready to make good on my charges. He too told me to just enjoy the food and would not take my payment information. In the world as it is today where prices are high and seams like everything is a money grab this was so very kind andrefreshing. THANK YOU WENDY'S for being the light in the dim. Read more

I don't eat fast food often but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went through the drive... through and they forgot half of the food and were extremely rude about it. I got a kids meal for my daughter and I had to askfor the fries, and the juice box that was supposed to be included. My chillin didn't bring cutlery. The sandwich we ordered alsodid not have the fries and we also had to ask for straws but when we did, they looked at us like we were annoyed. Seems likepoor management.
