The employees here are very rude. Witnessed a manager yelling at a woman who came in wanting her money back because a different... employee was being rude to her. The woman was holding her kid obviously uncomfortable asking the manager several times to stopbut she acted like a child, aggravating the situation instead of acting like a manager should and calming it down. The womaneventually lost it on her and I don?t think anyone in the lobby blamed her after the unnecessary personal attacks this managerthrew out. I had my child with me and I don?t think any of these children deserved to witness this behavior from adults. Serviceeverywhere has declined but this Wendy?s has gotten downright horrible.
