The employees here are very rude. Witnessed a manager yelling at a woman who came in wanting her money back because a different... employee was being rude to her. The woman was holding her kid obviously uncomfortable asking the manager several times to stopbut she acted like a child, aggravating the situation instead of acting like a manager should and calming it down. The womaneventually lost it on her and I don?t think anyone in the lobby blamed her after the unnecessary personal attacks this managerthrew out. I had my child with me and I don?t think any of these children deserved to witness this behavior from adults. Serviceeverywhere has declined but this Wendy?s has gotten downright horrible. This is the worst food chain in Colorado Springs. Every time I get there by 12:20 or 11:25 PM they are already close when their... google search schedule says 12:00 am. You drive all the way here and they are close. The lady there had the courage to lie to meand say that their drive through speaker is messed up and that the machine is the one not allowing them to take more orders.Honestly that?s ridiculous. And I say is the worst here in the Springs because most of the time the are out of items or theytell you at 9:00 pm that their menu is out of stock ? what is that?! Fix your coffee machine, or buy a new one. Seriously. You are a national chain and serve breakfast. It got old a long time ago.... McDonald's ice cream machines are more reliable. Last few times, I've just cancelled my order and go on to the next place. Read more
