Half hour over the told wait time of 30 minutes. A bunch of people waiting for orders that just sat there waiting to be bagged... up. Cashier complainant staff while watching all the food piling up waiting to go. Had to point it out to him before he finallystarted bagging food. Food was cold and frankly not worth the poor service and wait. Read more

Wow I have never had worse service in my life!!!! I ordered take out and wanted extra crispy. They weren't so a asked them to... make them extra crispy and the gentleman up front ( the only nice person their!!!!) said mo problem. I waited 45 minutes forthem to be redone and order after order nothing came out. I finally went up front to ask where my food was and the ladies in theback cooking acted like I wasn't telling the truth about getting an order so I showed the proof and they still refused to makethe order ... the gentleman up front called the manager agreeing that I was right and the cooks were out of line and the managerwas disrespectful and so I just asked for my money back . Excellent wings, I regret getting the mild sauce but that was on me, it's still good but i much prefer the mango habanero sauce.... It's so damn good. Wether you go for the more affordable boneless or the pricier bone in, you can't go wrong. Definitelyexperiment with the flavors. Just cuz I don't enjoy some, doesn't mean the same for you! If I could rate 0 I would. Ordered the 2 person thigh bites meal and the 5 free wings for National Wing Day. When we got home to... eat, it was the completely wrong order inside. Called and talked to David on the phone (amazing customer service from him butsadly only him) he was the only one who apologised for the incident. He told us to come back in and it?ll be fixed. So we drive10 minutes back, get inside and David is there to help us. He calls forward the manager, manager checks the meal and walks offto punch a wall? I wish I was kidding. Came back to us and told us that it?ll be over a 50 minutes wait for our correct order.So it was either wait 50 more minutes for our food or take a refund. You messed up, you need to expedite my meal not tell me towait 50+ minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. Not hate to David though, he was a great cashier and was really nice to us the wholetime. Wish I got the name of the manager who punched the wall, definitely not how you should be acting in front of customers.Completely unprofessional. I love wingstop but I can go without it if this is how customers are treated. Do better. Read more

They constantly get my order wrong. I would understand once in a while but every time is ridiculous. This time I ordered 10... piece meal and I ended up getting someone's bone in while I ordered boneless. Not even the same sauces. Very disappointed, butat least they're nice about it. Read more

Its a shame. I order from this location all the time. I ordered all flats. Why am I being served the the non-edible tip of the... wing and a drum that I didn?t pay for. Looks like im going to have to check after your personnel routinely. At least the teadidn?t taste deathly old. Read more
