Ordered the 10 piece wing combo the only good thing about this meal was the drink. The wings and fries tasted liked it was... cooked in old oil plus the fries were burnt and stale way too seasoned. This was my our first time eating from this place andwill be our last. Read more
This place used to be good several years back, but the few times me and my bro came, we we're disappointed that the chicken was... undercooked and wasn't crispy like we asked, and the Louisiana rub lacked any seasoning, wasn't the dry rub on it, but it waswet and oily part only. The chicken wings seem enormous like Tyson chicken wings. I wish it was like when I first came, but Idon't think I can come back. Read more
So I ordered my food ahead of time on the website for pick up, this was my first time every trying Wingstop. When I did arrive... for my food, I was shocked to see the restaurant in complete disarray with at least 10 people waiting for their orders.. anywayI pay for my food and am told it will be ready very soon, only to be told a few minutes later that even though they had receivedmy order the cooks were refusing to make it since it was now past close (I ordered the food at 7:15pm, they closed early lastnight at 8pm.) On top of this the cashier was very flippant and didn?t seem to care much for my predicament. She voided my orderand said I SHOULD receive my money back in 3 days, not will receive but should. It was at this time that I realized I would needto contact people higher up in the company to insure that I received my full refund. For anyone who needs help doing that, don?teven bother calling because no one is answering the phones. However I did find out that the official Wingstop Twitter account isgreat at resolving customer issues. They answered my DM about my experience very quickly and they even gave me a free $10 giftcard for the inconvenience. Not sure if I?ll ever use it since I don?t trust the quality or service of Wingstop anymore, but itwas a nice gesture nonetheless. Read more
The cashier Amanda definitely needs to touch up her customer service skills. She was very short and wasn?t paying attention very... well either. My husband?s boneless wings were incredibly small, to the point where it was like ?we should?ve just bought our ownwings and made them ourselves?. Perhaps their short staffed but communication can be improved. Food was not mind blowing, frieswere underdone. Read more
This location is great. They've never got my order wrong and are always quick even when they're loaded with customers. Employees... are always nice and friendly. If you can handle a little heat, I recommend the mango habenero wings. Read more
We ordered takeout on this particular dinner meal. Our cashier was professional. We ordered the meal for two with garlic... Parmesan & mild sauce, with fries and two drinks. We sat in the store and waited for about 10-15 minutes before our food wasready. Drink machines were operating good with at least 10 beverage choices to choose from (sodas, iced teas, caffeine free anddiet options). I feel the price was great for what we ordered. The only thing I wasn?t crazy about was the seasoning on theFrench fries? they were very salty with a sweet tinge to them. Not really for me but my husband enjoyed them. I recommend thiswing place. Cheaper than BWW, but not as good as golden flame hot wings. Read more
I?ve always ordered from here and it?s always perfect, today I was 4 wings short on a ten piece, and had no ranch. No fry... seasoning. All my great experiences are over after this one. Corporations don?t care but I would 10/10 not recommend this spot Read more
I?ve always had a great experience here. My son loves the lemon pepper wings! You have to expect that they are extremely busy... Friday-Sunday evenings. So be prepared! Customer service here is always great! Read more
