Salsa bar is great! I like really spicy food and the spicy salsa they have set me on fire. Margaritas were good (they have a... peach one that is awesome). The chips were really good also but not included. You order when you walk in and then seat yourself.The staff was really friendly. The rice in my burrito may have been undercooked but everything else was great. I woulddefinitely go back again. This was my 1st visit to Zapata Mexican taco shop. My wife and I really enjoyed the bacon egg, potatoe and cheese breakfast... burrito. They have a fresh salsa bar with lots of salsa options which we loved. We will be back to try dinner soon. Read more

Great service, great food. I hadn't been to one before so this was a great introduction. Don't skip the spicy salsa.

The food was good! Not the biggest fan of the beans but can't complain to much lol. I liked the rice and the sauces, pickled... carrots and jalapeños were great! Very friendly and fast service too! Only complaint is they got out order wrong in a bad wayfor my friend which almost ruined his experience but all in all I liked it and would still recommend! Read more

We tried this location because the Rockrimmon location is excellent! Unfortunately, this visit was not just sub-par, but just... not good. The salsa was like red water, the guacamole had black spots throughout the mixture, and the carne asada tasted morelike lengua. Plus, none of our items had flavor, including the chips. I have been here many times and I recommend it to anyone who needs an excellent taco. The taco choices are each amazing, and... their sauces to add are equally amazing. My wife and I love our local Mexican restaurant! We stop by regularly- the staff is always super friendly and helpful and the... food is incredible! The tacos and desserts are definitely our favorites on the menu, but we are also huge fans of the breakfastburritos and plates as well. Definitely stop by and snag some tacos, eat in for the full experience and try the fantasticvariety of salsas in the salsa bar! I highly recommend Zapata! Read more
