Used website to place order for 1 sub. Got a totally different sub then what ordered. Called was told I was going to have to... wait and got hung up on. Called back same Spanish lady answered phone. I tried to explain I got wrong sub . Before I couldspeak she went on a rage . " there is 5 other subways in area why does ever one wants to come to this one and hung up again . I hardly ever give a bad review based solely on service, especially when a place is staffed by teenagers or young adults, but I... walked in and was just stared at, literally not a single word was said to me. My girlfriend placed a mobile order and when she got there the employee working asked her if she had a mobile order and told her... that they ran completely out of bread. The last one was actually given to the customer in the lobby who showed up 20 minutesafter my girlfriend placed her order. She had already paid and they were out of everything she ordered. Instead, they offeredher a wrap because that's all they had. Not only was the wrap not even a quarter of the size of the 12-inch she ordered, it wasnot properly made. Paying $12 for a 12-inch and a cookie and getting a 3-inch wrap filled with basically nothing, she leftdisappointed with no refund whatsoever. Read more

I placed my order on their app then got a phone call they ran out of bread! Idk how a sandwich shop runs out of bread! Then to... top it off the staff is unable or unwilling to refund the money I paid through the app. Said I can call in the morning and tryand catch the manager. So I have to spend more of my time trying to get my money back plus had to spend more at Jimmy John?s toget our food. Should have just gone there to begin with. If you want to take a chance and get a sub here, better not use the appto order. Read more

Service was good. Place was clean. My problem is that they're always out of the Italian herbs and cheese bread. Every single... time. I always get there around 6. You close at 9. Why dont you ever have this bread? The people behind me ordered 6 subs. Guesswhich bread they wanted? Italian herbs and cheese bread. Read more

Woman working was very rude. Asked for a modification on my mobile order and she snapped at me that i should have ordered it... that way and now i have to wait. She took every customer behind me instead of taking care of me which would have took 2 seconds.Even the customers behind me told her it was fine, but she told them i had to wait. Subway has lost a customer. I walk in with a coupon, place my order, and pay nearly 20 dollars for two sandwiches because "my... manager says we can't take coupons". Why send me coupons if you don't take them? And why would you not take coupons? Absolutelypitiful. No wonder their sales are dropping, no wonder they felt the need to change their ingredients.
